The Natchez was the perfect property for our group! Within walking distance to the French Quarter, but tucked away on a quiet street. Our 4br/3ba unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was great! Pleanty of room for everyone. Clean and comfy with very nice showers. Enjoyed the pool terrace! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again when I'm in the area.

A terrific spot for 9 (nine!) fellas to post up during a bachelor weekend. We took advantage of the amenities here from the pool and hot tubs, the outdoor grilling, the concierge-ing, and the chocolate pirouettes every time we took the elevator. Great showers, comfy beds, and a well-appointed kitchen. Would stay again.

A perfect getaway with great communication, prime location, and lively atmosphere!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental with four couples, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the communication was top-notch. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location couldn’t have been better — it was right along all the parade routes, which added an extra layer of fun to our trip. We were able to step outside and enjoy all the excitement without having to travel far. The atmosphere was lively, and it was great to be in the heart of all the action.The food and music were another highlight. We enjoyed delicious meals that were both convenient and tasty, and the music really set the mood for the entire trip. Whether we were hanging out together or just relaxing in the space, there was always something to enjoy.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fun and vibrant experience. We would definitely love to come back!

Great stay with kids

Great stay in New Orleans over Thanksgiving. Perfect place for this trip - kind of a VRBO/Hotel hybrid with a front desk and a pool. Super nice staff, and kid friendly for my daughters (age 10 and 12)

Natchez- Sugar Bowl trip

Great place to stay

We arrived early and they allowed us to store our luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the money to stay there. Pool is small but does the job. At check out they allowed us to leave our stuff with them and pick it up later. Can't wait to go back again.

Perfect place

The Natchez was an incredible place to stay in NOLA! Gorgeous condo and excellent service. Their front desk helped with renting baby supplies, places to visit and getting groceries (some were delivered before we arrived). We will always stay here for future trips!

Best place ever!

The pictures online do not do this place justice! We came down here for a bachelorette party and had the best time. The place was amazing and the perfect space for everyone. The beds were hands down the comfiest beds I have ever slept in and the same with the comforter and sheets. One of the best nights of sleep while on vacation ever. The workers there were more than helpful with whatever we needed and were always there for assistance and help. Lastly, the location was perfect! not too far away from downtown and within walking distance of so much. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could.

Fantastic rental in a great location

My group of friends changed several times from the Time we initially booked. Because we were doing add ons like having a chef and getting it provisioned prior to our arrival, I communicated with the office several times. They were extremely helpful and patient. With the change of guests , one was a friend of a friend who was with us. He was a challenge, because his bathroom shower did not get as hot as he wanted. He was right that it needed to be fixed and it was the next morning. But he was leaving that day. Regardless we had 2 other functioning showers, so I didn’t press the issue. The staff was very professional diffusing the situation and communicating with the necessary people to get fixed. If you want 24/7 maintenance repairs done on the weekend then maybe this is a problem. Also we had to run the heat because it was unusually cold in New Orleans while we were there. There are ac/heat controls in every room and we had a challenge getting it so all rooms were comfortable. But also it appears that when the heater runs , you hear the sound of running water that might disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper. When the ac ran or it was totally off you didn’t have this happen. It’s rarely this cold in New Orleans. So I don’t see this as a problem, just something to be aware of. All that said, the unit is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable for 8 adults. The fixtures are very very nice. The location is great. Walking distance to French quarter, central business district, warehouse district and close to a couple street car lines. The security to enter the building is excellent too. Easy access for taxi, Uber and Lyft too. I will most definitely book here again
