The property was nice and comfortable overall. The only issues we had was with the appliances. The washer and dryers were lacking and not reliable enough to use in our opinion. Between the two units, we managed to get one load of towels washed and dried. We could not use the Keurigs because every time we tried we ended up with a lot of grounds in the cup. They need a good cleaning. The AC worked well in both units and we appreciated that feature in August. We could not change the TV channel in living room in the rear unit. The ceiling fan lights in both units first floor bedroom kept coming on randomly throughout the night....who knows why...timer?....ghosts?....a bit frustrating after a couple of nights. The owners promptly responded anytime we reached out. Overall our family enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Stay

Myself and 7 girlfriends stayed here and loved our experience. Great location, felt safe, loved getting to hear music from the House of Blues from inside or on the patio. Plenty of room and came as described. My only issue with the place is that no matter how quickly we showered, we ended up with water up to our ankles. This was the case in all 4 showers. Still, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful visit

Beautiful place in an excellent location in the French Quarter. Very comfortable for large groups. Located right behind the Voodou Lounge and House of Blues. The patio is a great place to settle in with a beverage and live music! The owner is immediately responsive to even the smallest need. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay!

In NOLA for my sons wedding and we were so pleased with this place. Excellent location for anyone who wants to be in the French Quarter! Excellent set up, beds so comfortable, loved the jet tubs. Only complaint would be that there was no bath soap!Would definitely recommend it for big groups!!!

Great Spot Near Bourbon

Amazing place to stay! went with some friends to enjoy pre-mardi gras and it was a wonderful location. didn’t need to uber at all, could walk everywhere but still quiet enough.

Wonderful space at a great location

Spacious and comfortable, with plenty of places to sleep and a large common space for gathering. Fantastic location in the French Quarter. And our hosts were amazing in their helpfulness and communication!

Great Location

I will definitely stay here again. The location is prefect for visiting the French Quarter, Jackson Square, the French Market as well as the Casino. We walked everywhere. We felt very safe during our stay at this location. The owner was very helpful before and during our stay.

Everything we needed!

We needed a place to stay that allowed 10 family members to be together but also allowed us to be apart from each other when needed. This place was perfect for all of it. The back porch was awesome, and would have spent more time on it if it had been a shade warmer. Beds were comfortable, everything we needed in the kitchen. Location can’t be beat!

Wedding party

I was lucky to have stayed here before. So I was familiar with the penthouses. So when my son was getting married in New Orleans in October. I knew it was perfect for wedding party.(brides family on one side grooms in the other) .Everyone loved it and couldn’t stop talking about it. 2 blocks to the rehearsal dinner restaurant.4 blocks to the wedding venue. And blocks away to all attractions.I recommend this place to all my friends.Thanks to the host for keeping in touch hope to stay here again some day
