    This condo offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including reliable Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, washer and dryers available, and a private bathroom stocked with essentials.

    Guests will have access to the entire second floor apartment! Your entrance is on the side of the building.

    You'll have complete privacy, and we are available if you need us!

    **There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***
    1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their airbnb profile.

    2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).

    3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

    4.Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more.

    5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please smoke outside of the property.

    6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, Airbnb has specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from Airbnb.

    7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.

    8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels.

    9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.

    10. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request. Both the owner and staff have pet allergies. If traveling with pets please inquire about our pet friendly units.

    11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo” it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.

    12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

    13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.

    14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

    15. Message us for long term stays.

    16. Trash is picked up on Mondays. Please bring the can to the curb.

    17. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.

    18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it's possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested through Airbnb after your additional time has been approved.

    19. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee. This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.

We had a wonderful stay! David gave clear and quick info. The location was perfect to Magazine Street and anywhere we wanted to go in New Orleans. The house was cute and very clean! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Place in Irish Channel

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend in New Orleans. The apartment was spacious for two people and had a cozy charm, blending modern amenities with vintage touches. The location was fantastic—within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The host was attentive to every detail and very responsive. Highly recommend!

This is an incredible property. Everything was top notch! It is located on a quiet residential street just two blocks from Magazine Street, and the entire neighborhood is easy to navigate and very walkable. I stayed in the upstairs apartment and it was perfect. The house itself is an historic home, and the apartment had original wood floors, but everything else was new and state of the art. The hosts were very communicative and sent plenty of information in advance. They provide great information on-site about restaurants and bars, as well as opportunities for local tours, etc. When I am back in NOLA, there won't be anywhere else that I look for accommodations. I'll definitely be back. Amazing stay!
