The unit was exactly as the pictures show. It was clean and in a great location. The pull out couch was not functioning properly. We were able to use the mattress on the floor and the host was very responsive and willing to come and fix it while we were there. All in all a great value.

Wonderful host! Great communication, helpful. The house is a beautiful, traditional, New Orleans style shotgun double. We stayed on the right side. Very comfortable, even in the cold. It’s in a convenient location. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We will be saving and booking again for a future stay!

Host was helpful. Parking a bit confusing. Layout of house awkward. You have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to bathroom. It was charming and walking distance to City Park.

Wonderful location, quiet and residential giving us a different type of NOLA experience - ate at Up n Adam’s and it was so cute! Street parking not a problem, even in a minivan. Host was easy to work with!

We came for the food

Perfect location the restaurants we ate at. They were within 20 minutes of the rental. The house was charming... cool to see some of the original architecture was preserved. Our host did not skimp on details...very thorough. I would stay there again.

Lovely stay

After some nightmarish hotel stays in the N.O. area for soccer tournaments, I’m so glad we went this route. The place was in a safe, quiet area with plenty of restaurant options nearby. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Excellent location next to City Park

This was the 2nd part of our NOLA visit after 5 nights in the French Quarter for a wedding.The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication was easy and responsive. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. This was a great location next to City Park and Canal St. street car. We tried the blue city E-bikes and spent one day at City Park. What a treasure!!! We spent another day exploring the Garden District via St. Charles street car which was easy to connect to from the canal line next to the house. Very good location a good way to wind down our trip.

The house is just as described. It was very clean and in a nice side of town. The host was very quick at responding and went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of our group. We will certainly stay again on our next trip to New Orlean.

4 day stay near beautiful NOLA city park

We had a great time on our NOLA trip! The VRBO was immaculate. Two very comfortable beds and an easy space to relax. The host was fast with responses. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and neighborhood. It was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. The host was amazing and I truly appreciate it Manoli. My only complaint is that the beds weren't the most comfortable. Outside of that everything was great.

Great Mid City Location!

Nice neighborhood near City Park and all the cemeteries. About 1-1/2 miles to/from Fairgrounds. We were there for JazzFest and it was quiet, yet close to everything. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner/property manager had great communication with us which was a plus!

Wonderful Short Trip! Wish it could have been longer!

Entry into the house was easy. All the rooms were clean and tidy. We had everything we needed as far as towels, sheets etc. The kitchen had all of the utensils and a coffee maker with coffee in the cabinet! The beds were comfortable! We were able to park in front of the house. Winn-Dixie is close by and I door dashed breakfast one morning. Canal Street isn't far away and you can buy a pass for the street cars—research on parking structures and lots before you set out on any adventures. We did do a lot of walking, and the house it nice to come home to after a long day. I had no issues with noisy neighbors. They were over there but I only saw them once. We did try to stay quiet after 10:00 and tried to make sure the TV was turned down and all. The property was as listed, and the communication emails were all we needed to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you!

Great location!!

We enjoyed our stay and location. We walked to City Park, restaurants and events. The place was very clean for an older home. Manoli was easy to communicate with. I did not realize you had to walk through a bedroom to get to the kitchen. It was fine since there were only two of us. Overall a great stay!!

Great Location

The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Clean and tidy home. We enjoy walking and the outdoors and this was a great location. Less than 5 minutes to the City Park and about the same to get to the trolley. You can take the trolley to downtown. Restaurants within 15 minute walk. Our last day we found a bike/walking trail that starts around the grocery store Dixy that you can take to the Frenchmarket which is about 2.5 miles from there. Would definitly stay at this location.

City Park Shotgun House

Very good communication. Everything was as described. Really good location right next to the park and a very short Uber ride to downtown, French Quarter, WWII museum, etc. Also had access to restaurants that were very close!
