    Steps from our 2nd floor walk-up is the historic St. Charles streetcar line that can escort you to the University area located uptown, or downtown to the French Quarter.

    **Must be at least 25 years old to rent**

Perfect location. Exterior very well lit. It felt very secure to walk to the streetcar at night. Quiet location. Very nice shared patio to read and have morning coffee.

Weekend Getaway

Brandon's apartment was in the perfect location, had everything we needed, and was well-maintained. Our first night, we walked to Magazine St and felt completely safe. We can't wait to come back!

perfect trip

The location waa perfect. Loved the Garden District with beautiful houses, delicious restaurants, great shopping, and the trolly/bus to take you places. The apartment was clean, quiet safe, and had everything you would need for a vacation. .

Tulane and Saints

Well maintained and convenient. Half block from St. Charles streetcar and "The Fresh Market". Had a wonderful time exploring the area and the condo was equipped with pretty much everything we needed and more. Would luv to stay again someday.

Great NOLA Apartment

This is a terrific apartment for New Orleans. Well equipped and located just off of St. Charles Avenue. Easy to take the streetcar downtown and off street parking is great for the car.

Perfection!!! Adorable, clean, and well furnished. Everything we needed. And, talk about "location, location, location"!!! Streetcar line, Hop On Hop Off bus stop, and Fresh Market......all just a block away!!!! Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect place to stay

This place really is a gem! It was clean and just as described in the listing. Check-in was a breeze and there was information about the area left for us, which helped as we had never been to NOLA before. We were within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants and a grocery store. The streetcar being less than a block away was also a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Garden District Gem

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the condo. Neat,clean and organized and more TV channel options than any VRBO we have stayed at. Terrific location steps from streetcar and bus transportation. Walking distance from shops and restaurants also. Great communication with Brandon, our host. Very simple house rules. French Quarter about 20 minutes away by streetcar. Highly recommended.

Great Location in the Garden District

This one-bedroom has a great location. Near the St. Charles St. Trolley to get you to the Warehouse/Arts District or the French Quarter or Tulane. Easy walking distance to Magazine St. for shopping, eating and drinking. The property has a dedicated off-street parking spot. Easy check-in and check-out.This one will be in the consideration when we come back to NOLA.

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient

Comfortable - Condo is well-equipped. Everything one might expect and more (e.g., filtered water).Clean - Would pass the white glove test with flying colors.Convenient - Easy streetcar access, grocery just across the street, @ 10 min walk to restaurants/shops on Magazine St. Parking spot right next to condo, although we did not drive anywhere and visited the French Quarter, the zoo, City Park, several cemeteries, WWII museum, and more. A new adventure everyday day, then returned to a cool, comfortable place to rest and rejuvenate.

Definitely a Gem!!

This little place was perfect for us! Right where we wanted to be in the garden district. Quiet and safe. Kinda weird that the bedroom lights would come on at random times. Maybe a ghost? 👻😅 We had everything we needed right within walking distance. Checking in and out was a breeze. Will be staying again next time we make the trip!

Short Vacay Perfect Stay

The area was safe and convenient. Out of the tourist area, but close to the streetcar. The property is perfect for 2 with everything you might need supplied. Very clean condo with thick fluffy towels. Communication with the owner was easy. I suggest a simple chair in the bedroom for visitors who might want to sit when dressing. and trouble free
