Our original reservation was for 3 nights. We decided to come a day early and add a 4th night after receiving an email with a discounted promo price for the extra day. The confirmation and reservation for the extra day was completely separate from the original reservation. We received check-in instructions the day before and had no issues getting in the apartment. The next day, the door code no longer worked. I called the help line and once the agent identified the issue, a new code was issued and everything was fine. The agent was great and helpful. Luckily it was me trying to open the door and not one of our guests because I was the only person with the confirmation email. If the first code was only issued for the extra day we added, I don’t know why a second email wasn’t sent with new instructions. This issue was not a big deal and didn’t have a negative impact on our stay. The customer service agent had everything solved in just a few minutes. I’m only mentioning it on this survey to make you aware that it happened.
