The accommodations fit all our needs. The host was responsive to our request for luggage storage after check out. The location was within walking distance of the French quarter and all the sites we wanted to see.

Amazing property!! Good location. There is an affordable little pub down the street.Easily Walkable to the French Quarter. Comfortable bedrooms, nice bathrooms. Very clean. Great spot to recover from late nights- no windows in bedrooms, nice and dark. Great communication. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

NOLA BOYS

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Everything about this listing was accurate and the property was super clean, which is extremely important. The location was perfect, so perfect that each day we just walked and ran right into random fun at the Art District, Bourbon street, Frenchmen Street, you name it. Great stay and we will definitely be back. The place doesn’t have any windows which was a surprise but it made up for the no windows with other assets.

Perfect stay!

Me and 5 friends stayed here for a bachelorette party and everything was perfect. The apartment was so nice, clean, and well decorated, we truly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was easy and seamless, and the staff there were super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the French Quarter, which is where we spent most of our time. I would 100% recommend staying for your NOLA visit.

Tulane Graduation

The pictures and description do not do this place justice. It was way better than we expected! The checking process was extremely easy. The management staff was in contact and easy to reach with any questions. When we got there we were provided with snacks and all the necessities for a wonderful stay. I will definitely be recommending this location to others! Thank you so much for making our graduation weekend so much better!

Amazing Place in our favorite city

This condo is absolutely perfect in every way. The location is fabulous. The amenities are luxury plus. The staff goes above and beyond to communicate and assist. Really cool place. Don’t hesitate to book this if you need a place for 4 couples or 6 adults. They really have thought of everything.

Physicians conference at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center

I can't say enough great things about this property! A group of 6 of us (it sleeps 8!) stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center. Everything about it was perfect! The location was an easy, safe walk to the convention center. There were tons of restaurants in the area. It was a short walk to the grocery store and pharmacy. It was a lovely walk to the French Quarter as well. It was clean and comfortable and so much better than staying in a hotel! Our group especially loved coming back at night and hanging out in the large living space together. I highly recommend this property and can't wait for the next time the conference is in NOLA so we can stay here again! Oh, and the communication with the hosts was amazing!

Overall very good

Host was responsive and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and in good working order. Lots of noise during the evening. Location was good and easy to get around. We did not give 5 starts because 2 of the bathroom floors were not vacuumed (hair balls in the corner) and a stray sock from previous tenant was under a coffee table - didn't give us confidence that everything was as clean as it should be. Much too expensive a stay to not get the floors vacuumed.

Great Girl's Weekend Stay!

The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We definitely felt safe staying here. It's a great location and walkable to the French Quarter! The only thing was that the cute outdoor string lights didn't work but communication with management was fantastic! Thanks for an amazing experience!

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

I have stayed at MANY properties in many places and this blew all other hosts out the water!! We never ran low on towels, toilet paper, or any necessity! House was close enough to walk and far enough to relax!! Thank you for everything! We will be back!

Great place!

This place was great - location is out of the crazy scene, but still close to great bars and restaurants. Amenities and finishes are modern, functional, stylish. The bedrooms don't have windows, but we thought that was great for getting some sleep! Property manager was very responsive to any questions.

FQ Fest

The St. Louis!

We rented the St. Louis in March for the week around my daughter's wedding- it was lovely! It was a great size- we had plenty of room to spread out in the living room and dining area when we weren't out doing things, and the large bedrooms were very comfortable. We were 3-4 couples most of our stay and originally intended to request a rollaway for the 2 nights we had a 9th person, but the couch was so big and comfy, my stepdaughter just grabbed a blanket and crashed there and it worked out great. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the bathrooms- I loved that there was plenty of coffee and soft towels! The location was great- we walked almost everywhere. We didn't have a lot of contact with staff because we were so busy, but everyone we did talk to was friendly and helpful. I would for sure stay at the St. Louis again, but I would like to share a couple things that I hadn't seen mentioned in reviews that might be helpful for others. (Neither are meant to be negative, just helpful when planning your stay.) The first is that this unit is on the ground floor and it's all interior; the only natural light comes from the sliding glass door that goes onto the patio. This was a little disconcerting at first, but made for a great night's sleep! The other thing of note is that, as the unit is interior, some of the bedrooms share a wall with the hallway. There are quiet hours that are posted and observed, but the staff does use that hallway to transport linens and supplies after the quiet hours are over, so there were a couple mornings that the people in those bedrooms hoping to sleep in heard folks moving through. It wasn't a big deal, but again, thought I'd mention to help make room assignments for your group. Enjoy the St. Louis! We sure did and hope to again-

Family Wedding Weekend

My family of 7 and I stayed for 4 nights to attend a wedding. The place is beautiful: as advertised, great location for walking to all sorts of cool stuff, and the hosts are responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the St. Louis.

Lovely respite in the Big Easy

My husband and I stayed for a few days in this great property with two couples post the Mardi Gras revelry. The unit was very clean and well appointed, we each had our own bathroom, the beds were really comfy and the living area was perfect for gathering. Add to that, the restaurants nearby were really good and in walking distance - Lucy’s was our fav - check in was a breeze and communication was timely. We will definitely stay there again when we return to NOLA!!

Beautiful Apartment!

My friends and I stayed here during the Mardi Gras season and had a lot of fun! The apartment was a great fit for our group and was out of the way enough that we could still walk everywhere we wanted to go, but didn’t have to deal with all of the noise. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The rooms were lovely and the king-sized beds were huge! We had access to all of the major streaming services, which was nice since it rained on our first day. Overall, a delightful experience. Would recommend for sure.

Very Nice

The 4 bedrooms and nice living area were perfect for our family. Short walk to parking and the French Quarter. Condo was exactly as described! The girls who were working there were very helpful and friendly!
