Step inside and the home opens up ahead of you the way only a shotgun can, light traveling room by room, setting the tone before you’ve even settled in. And then there’s the bar - a fully equipped in-home setup that puts NOLA cocktail culture right within reach.

The space
True to the shotgun form, the layout runs front to back, drawing natural light deep into every room. The living area is anchored by comfortable seating and a TV, with a board game collection on hand for laid-back evenings in. The in-home bar is the room’s defining feature - everything already in place to mix a proper cocktail the moment the night calls for it.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms sleep up to four guests, and each connects directly to its own private bathroom - giving groups and families genuine independence throughout their stay. Bed linens, clothing storage, and hangers are provided to keep things comfortable and organized from the start.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is built for real cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are all here, alongside a coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a complete set of cookware and utensils. The dining table rounds out the space - pull up a chair and eat in, even if New Orleans is doing its best to tempt you out the door.

Outdoor space
A private backyard patio sits behind the home, furnished and ready for a morning coffee or a slow evening wind-down. It’s a quiet counterpart to the energy of the street - a spot to sit, talk, or simply take in the sounds of the neighborhood.

Staying comfortable
The home is fully single-level with no stairs from front to back. An in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and a dedicated workspace are all included. Bathroom essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - are provided along with a hair dryer. Self check-in via smart lock lets you arrive on your own schedule, and free on-street parking takes one more variable off your mind. A travel crib is available for families traveling with younger guests.

Bywater is one of New Orleans’ most characterful stretches - independent cafés, restaurants, and art studios are an easy walk from the front door, and Crescent Park along the river is just minutes away.
