My husband and two teenagers had a great few days here exploring NOLA! Location was good and its walkable to the French Q and the Suoer Dome. Great coffee and crepes across the street!

This a beautiful condo close to restaurants and everything the CBD has to offer. Clean, quiet yet a short walk to bars and restaurants. The riverfront is a short 2 blocks and we even caught a game at the Smoothie King arena. Parking garage is close, but street parking was easy if you don't mind going on the app every two hours during collection times.

Wonderful place to stay

Had a great time in New Orleans at this place. The place was beautiful, check in was easy and the host was great with fast communication. Place was quiet and close enough that we could walk to the French quarter. Had a wonderful time.

Perfect for our stay

This might be the cleanest rental property I have ever stayed in. Check in was a breeze, communication was great and the location was perfect for our girls weekend. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

New Orleans Trip

We had a wonderful time on our monthly getaway trip. The home was just as described but more beautiful in person. We were able to walk to restaurants and attractions very easily. We enjoyed our first experience at Mardi Gras. We highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous stay

Excellent location, and a clean and quiet building - and walking distance to just about everything. There are great restaurants all around, easy walk to the Quarter, Canal Place, Riverwalk, etc. and about a 20 minute (or so) walk right down Girod Street to the Smoothie King Center to watch the Pelicans play. It was great having a Keurig and plenty of coffee on hand, and a fully equipped kitchen. We pretty much had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. And the property staff was so helpful and kind, it really made all the difference. Would love to stay here again!

Great Ladies Trip

Five of us ladies visited NOLA for 4 days and the Condo was perfect for our stay. Management was incredible to deal with both before and during our stay. We loved that the building and condo were safe and secure and very clean. We searched for a location that we would feel safe in, and we were very happy. We Ubered a lot and there is a drop zone right in front of the door to the building that we were able to get into the building immediately at the end of the day. The Condo itself was really nice. We rented a roll-away for the duration of our stay and it was comfortable. Everything was clean and in perfect working order and nicely stocked. We really enjoyed the outside terrace! Every morning we'd enjoy our coffee out there and each evening a cocktail before dinner. It is a shared terrace with other units on the top floor, but we never saw anyone else out there. I would highly recommend this property and management company.

Amazing Stay and Location

Everything about this location was amazing. The PH itself, location, just everything. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the building was beautifully redone. This is the perfect location for anyone wanting it all!

Awesome!!!

Great location for walking to everything you would want to see, the French quarter, Jackson square, WW2 museum, and tours. It is off site parking but it’s only two blocks away. The building is beautiful and very safe, smelled amazing, and was very updated and clean. We had a problem with the wifi connection to the tv that they came to fix within 30 min. I stayed with my husband, sister and two teenagers and it was the perfect amount of space. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. This was our first experience in New Orleans and the accommodations here were close to perfection. The location was close enough to everything we needed but far enough that we could escape the busyness! Decor is just as pictured. My only con was the issue with ants & the lack of mirrors in the apt.

Best kept secret

This property is simply amazing!!! Beautiful, luxurious and everything you need right in the heart of the warehouse district. We honestly don't ever want to stay at a hotel ever again! Everything was so easy and done online. The managers even messaged me prior to arrival to ask about ironing board. They provided coffee, water, and snacks too! I almost wanted to keep this hidden gem all to myself!
