Nice location

Stayed here to catch up with family. Location is great for walking to mall and. Casino. 15 min walk to Bourbon street. Easily walk to local food. Short distant to Fremont. Or day market. Great space. Clean. Spacious for two couples. We stayed in with family couples and played games other nights got out for dinner and or partying.

Amazing Place

We came to New Orleans with our best friends for my 50th birthday! We were so impressed with this condo. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was in the perfect location! The management team was excellent. The remote in the master needed batteries and they were dropped off within a couple hours after my call to them. I would highly recommend this condo for your trip to New Orleans! We will be back!

Outstanding property in the warehouse district

This lovely apartment is a great base for exploring NOLA. Easy walk to the streetcar line and casino if that’s your destination. Healthy walk to Jackson Square and the French quarter. Beautifully appointed, meticulously clean and well-equipped, this property is in a secure building with a great restaurant just downstairs. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are pretty equal so no “who gets the better one” decisions. Also, this was the best experience ever in terms of communication. Each time I reached out before and while we were there I heard back very quickly with exactly the info I needed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is as beautiful as the photos and is definitely close to everything! Our check in was very smooth and the lobby of the building is gorgeous. You are surrounded by great restaurants, shopping and we will definitely be back!

Nice secure and relaxing space

A great experience from end to end, the loft like space was comfortable, clean and in a well secured building on what felt like a safe street in town. Walkable to all the areas of town. Nice little restaurants close by.

Great Property!

My husband and I stayed at this property while attending a conference in New Orleans. It was beautiful, quiet and very clean. The hosts were very responsive and check in was a breeze. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Fabulous Condo in the Warehouse District

We really loved this place! It was an easy walk to the quarter, lots of restaurants around. The place itself was beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious and had everything we needed! Plenty of parking around the building and communication with the owner was perfect. We didn't need any extra help but they provided info at every turn, and were very accessible if needed! We'll be back!

Fabulous Accommodations

The condo surpassed our expectations and we found great parking a few blocks away with the help of the manager. Fabulous eating in the area and a nice walk to Jackson Square and the quarters. Our son and his fiance LOVED their first visit to NOLA.

Beautiful condo

The condo was centrally located to everything that we wanted to visit. It was in a safe location, as 3 women traveling alone, this was very important. Parking, though separate, wasn’t far at all. Most of the time it was quiet, the party above us arrived 2 nights into our stay, they were a bit loud but most other guests adhered to the 10 pm quiet time. The condo for the most part was super clean, we found some towels that were a bit unclean but we just stuck them in the washer and dryer and washed them. There was also a basket filled with old water that was causing an awful smell, we just cleaned it out and the area around it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I absolutely loved this condo! It was clean, beautiful, comfortable and looked just like the pictures! Check in and out was a breeze. The to do list before checkout was simple and the location was absolutely perfect!! We're already thinking about booking here again in really soon and would love to be able.tp get this same room!!

2021 Refinery Stay

THIS CONDO WAS ELEGANT, SPACIOUS and CLEAN... AND BEAUTIFUL MODERN CONDO! Great location...walking distance to attractions. VERY SAFE neighborhood. We were from out of town something that worries me is safety and cleanliness of the VRBOs... I would stay here again again and again! Highly recommend! I called management after hours and they called me back immediately. They made our stay comfortable. THANK YOU!!!
