Affordable & Quiet Living in New Orleans

  • Getting around is super easy. You can walk to restaurants and stores. Uber/Lyft is cheap and the city bus is a breeze. We have a very spacious apartment with a private bedroom that has a queen size bed. There is NOT a full kitchen (small refrigerator and microwave provided) but don’t fret - you want to enjoy the Nawlins’ food! The apartment is all yours with private entry, private small yard, and off street parking! A washer and dryer is available if needed.

    This apartment is perfect for those who want to experience New Orleans residential life. Located minutes from the Superdome, French Quarters, Tulane, Loyola, Garden District and so many great tourist attractions. Know that there are small dogs on property that will never be in your space or yard.

A cute getaway

Kim is an amazing host and she made sure to soothe any anxiety I had about my solo stay. She also had suggestions posted for places to eat, which is always appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet, the property is clean and I felt completely safe.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay and loved the classic beauty of the home. The front porch is so nice for people watching and so close to many attractions. Communication was superb and we were even upgraded without asking to a larger space. Thanks so much for the lovely stay!

Birthday/Anniversary/Essence Festival

We finally made it to NOLA! Our location was perfect. We had access to downtown, French Quarter and most places in10 minutes. We were easily located by our Lyft drivers. The apartment was clean and ready upon arrival. Our host was very nice and gave us plenty of suggestions of where to eat and places to see. I’ll definitely comeback and I would definitely book again with her.

Miss Kim was great. She upgraded our stay to a larger area that she had upstairs. The property was nice and we had a great time.

Lovely apartment

The owner is very caring and communicative. The apartment was stocked with all of the basic necessities (linens, dishes, coffee) and thoughtful additions, like nightlights. Great stay.

Great Place

This is a nice, clean and convenient place to stay in New Orleans. Off street parking is a +. The check in and out process was seamless. The price was great. Convenient to all downtown, garden district, the French Quarter and Uptown.

Lovely place! Host upgraded us to the upstairs of the house with 2 bedrooms and it was absolutely perfect. Also worked with me when my dates changed! Definitely recommend for anyone staying in New Orleans!

Great New Orleans Rental

We were very pleased with our stay here. We liked the location and the ease of parking our car right in front of the rental. We found everything we needed and were very comfortable. It was easy to work with Kim. She is such a pleasant person. We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home and convenient location

The house was large with beautiful wooden floors. The neighbourhood was reasonably quiet. There was parking available on site. The house provided a great home base for our trip.

Kim is the best!

Great location just a $10.00 Uber or Lyft to the French Quarter. Quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood. Kim is the best! Great communication and very accommodating. She gives you wonderful ideas for places to dine and visit. Highly recommend if you are visiting NOLA. Bonus dog friendly.❤️ I travel a lot with my two small dogs.

Will be returning

I really enjoyed me my stay here. It was very clean. Will book again. The home is in close proximity to most attractions. I was able to get decently priced Ubers because of the location of the house. Their was a huge event going on and didn't want to drive anyway. This was perfect. Will book again

NOLA Mardi Gras 2023

Very nice house 3 bedrooms enough for 5-6. Recommend having a dinning table for 6 in 2nd room and a toaster oven. Maybe just basics like salt, pepper, powdered creamer or even instant coffee.....

Perfect for me!

I came to New Orleans to attend my daughter's baby shower. She lives just two blocks away from this adorable property, so I really lucked out in regard to location, but also, due to the utmost comfort and sanctuary I felt in Kim's immaculate, cozy duplex apartment. Kim was the best host in the world! Always accessible and easy to talk to, and she answered any questions clearly and completely. I feel so lucky to have found this property and will book here for all future travel to New Orleans, as long as my daughter continues to reside where she currently is.

Quick NO trip

This property exceeded our expectations. We were only in New Orleans for 2 nights but this was the perfect home-base. We were literally only 15 minutes from all the history, charm and activities that NO has to offer. Our host graciously ugraded us to a 3 bedroom that was spacious, clean, and.... perfect for us. The beds were super comfy, showers had plenty of hot water, and we could park on site. Which was great. A definite recommend! Already planning when we can come back and stay longer.

Beautiful Home!!

This property is not only beautiful, comfortable, and safe, but also in the perfect location! The beds are huge and extremely comfortable. The porch was wonderful to sit and drink coffee as well as relax with and adult beverage and good conversation. I cannot say enough about the host! She is readily available for any questions, advice, and detailed information on where to go while visiting. We will definitely be back! Do not pass up on this property. It is fantastic!

Amazing host - Did NOT price gouge during Taylor Swift

Taylor swift concert tickets were sold over a year in advance. Got my tickets August 2023 for her concert in October 2024. As soon as I got my tickets I immediately went to find a place to stay and already many places were price gouging for the dates of the concert and the affordable places were disappearing fast. I booked this place at the normal rate. Kim thanked me for the reservation and asked the occasion. I was scared to say why we were coming because I’ve heard horror stories of hosts canceling and upping the price so I gave a generic response and didn’t specify coming for the concert. I worried up until the day we arrived that our stay would be canceled but no such thing happened so thank you Kim for not being like other hosts! The place was nice, plenty of room for me and my 2 daughters. We parked (off street and free) and Ubered to the concert. This isn’t in a touristy neighborhood but we never felt unsafe. Would stay again.
