Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests across four beds, with the layout offering a comfortable balance of privacy and togetherness for families and groups alike. Each room is set up for restful nights, with crisp bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable through every season.
Kitchen & dining The renovated kitchen is where mornings begin and evenings wind down. Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances set the scene, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. The dining table gives the whole group a place to gather, share a meal, and map out the day ahead.
Bathroom Two full bathrooms keep things running smoothly for a group. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products, so you can pack light and arrive ready to explore.
Outdoor living The front porch is made for slow mornings - coffee in hand, watching the neighborhood come to life. Out back, a fenced backyard with outdoor furniture gives you a quiet corner to decompress between adventures. Gated off-street parking on the premises is a genuine rarity in Uptown, and free street parking is available as well.

Great location ! Off street parking was a huge plus ! Loved the French bakery on Magazine and the small grocery store on Prytania. Easy to grab food to set up in the house as well as walk to a great place for iced coffee/quiche/pastries. Host was easy to reach with questions.

I helped my 80-year-old mother-in-law rent this property for a girlfriend getaway—the first girls' trip she had taken in a long time. The property manager was terrific, ensuring the ladies could enter the house. He even offered to meet them there, which is next-level service. My MIL said the stairs to the entrance were a little tricky for her balance, but she loved the inside of the property and the location. I would highly recommend based on the communication with the property manager and my MIL's feedback.

This was supposed to be a fun weekend meeting a friend who I hadn’t seen in 35 years. It was a very cold weekend in New Orleans, and we arrived in the afternoon and went out to explore the city. We spent the entire afternoon and evening enjoying the sites and returned and found that there was no heat in the house. Instead of being able to spend time together, we ended up huddled in our rooms, trying to stay warm. The management company remotely “reset” the thermostat but it did not fix the problem. We also found that there was no water pressure in one of the bathrooms, making showering impossible. We found three small space heaters in the home so ended up in each of the bedrooms trying to stay warm all night. The next morning was absolutely miserable as the house was freezing, and six people had to share one bathroom. They had promised to send a technician to fix the heat, but did not fix the heat. Later that afternoon they sent an offer to have us moved to a different home, but we were already out and rather than waste of the time having to go back, repack, and find a new home, we declined the offer. They did not fix the heat and have offered little in terms of any service recovery. They did not fix the water pressure in the bathroom. This was supposed to have been a fun weekend, but turned into a nightmare; we paid a significant amount for two nights in an unlivable, terrible environment. Absolutely will not rent this property or rent from this company in the future.

Easy communication with host. Location was great. Walking distance to everything imaginable. Off street parking a plus. Gets chilly during winter months but plenty of space heaters on site. Quiet neighborhood and friendly community. Well be back!!!
