Perfect getaway!

Immaculate house with more amenities than you can imagine. Dawn had amazing recommendations and was In constant communication. This was a trip back to where I grew up and it was great to see the old haunts and the new. Thank you for providing us with the perfect place for our little getaway.

Wonderful weekend

Had a wonderful moms weekend getaway. The house was beautiful and the location was great, close to Mystic and wineries. Hotel level amenities were a huge plus. Dawn was very responsive and kind. We will absolutely recommend to family and friends

Seaside getaway

The Lighthouse cottage was absolutely stunning and perfect for our annual family getaway. I usually take my nephew and nieces away for a few days rather than giving them gifts during the year. I cherish the time together and it’s often challenging to find a place that will accommodate us. We all loved the home, its amenities, and the location (close to Mystic and Stonington). Dawn’s communication and suggestions were super helpful! You won’t regret booking this beautiful home! Thank you!

Hidden gem for relaxing girls weekend!

My two besties and I were looking for a get away to celebrate our birthdays and we could not be happier to have stayed at Dawn's house - it is truly a hidden gem!!! We originally looked at Mystic / Newport area but ultimately wanted to find a house where we could relax and walk to the beach. We didn't know much about New London, but had searched the coast using the map function and the property seemed perfect. We were SO impressed with how it exceeded our expectations! We live in CT and have driven through New London, but didn't realize it had such beautiful properties on the water. This house is less than a block from a private sandy beautiful beach, a nice walk to a buzzy boardwalk, and there are great restaurant options nearby. It was PERFECT for us. Dawn is definitely a super host. You can feel it in the way she has maintained and decorated her home for guests. Being on a girls weekend, we wanted it to feel a bit elevated and this house delivered. The house is not only clean but has a beautiful modern feel, the bedrooms are perfectly sized, updated bathrooms, there is a ton of natural light, adorable outdoor seating, the perfect selection of kitchenware, new clean beach chairs and towels. Even the toiletries, towels, hairdryer, etc were top notch. While Dawn respected our privacy we were so happy to meet her as she was incredibly friendly and we got to share our compliments with her - and told her we'll be booking again next year! It's a hidden gem!

Clean, well stocked home

The house was sparkling clean upon arrival, there were snacks and coffee in the kitchen, and the bathrooms were stocked with basic toiletries and high quality towels. We were very happy with the house and outdoor space. Dawn was incredibly communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay for CONN College family weekend. The home was very clean and comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to have the kitchen stocked with all cooking necessities. We were able to hosts the kids for breakfast with ease. Gracious hosts!!! Thank you

Fantastic Beach Home !

If you’re pondering with the idea whether to stay or keep searching for another place, I strongly suggest you stop and book this home if it’s available, we had a very good experience. The beach is across the street. The house is immaculate, really I don’t believe there will be a better option in this area. The host was beyond accommodating and really made our stay much better. We will be back for sure, I rarely provide reviews, but in this case I made an exception. Hope you enjoy your time here!

Great last minute get away

This was one of the best rentals I’ve had. It was a perfect place to take local adventures from and we had a great time playing on the beach and riding bikes to the public beach! I only wish we could have stayed longer!
