"It’s just a weird property. Lots of LED lights, including under the bed, spongy floors (yes, I know it’s an old house), barstool as a side table, ragged blanket as a bed spread. Just not up to the standards of the many VRBO places I have rented. I will not stay there again."

"Host was completely unresponsive. Pool was not open and we got continued false promises for when it would be available. Housekeeping was still at the property 45 minutes after check in time. Basic necessities were not provided, like sponge, dish soap, kitchen garbage bags. Backyard was a mess, with overturned table, unmowed grass. Would not recommend this property."

Each bedroom accommodated its king sized bed and guest’s baggage, without being cramped. TV in each bedroom plus one in upstairs and downs stairs living areas, which were both well furnished. "The location and property itself were great, but we had a few issues during our stay. The hot water heater was not working when we arrived, so we were unable to take showers for the first two days. To the owner's credit, it was eventually repaired. There was also a persistent musty odor throughout the unit. In addition, the listing advertised air conditioning, but the seasonal AC units had not yet been installed, making it difficult to cool the place down and sleep comfortably. As a final first...

Opiniones sobre hoteles destacados en New London

Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton

Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton

10/10 Excelente
"Our stay at Spark by Hilton Mystic was great from start to finish, but what truly made it memorable was Josh at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to help us. He was attentive, friendly, and always ready to make sure we had everything we needed. People like John are like diamonds in customer service, and he made our stay truly great. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice, and the breakfast was excellent, a great way to start each day. The location is also great. It’s close enough to downtown Mystic that we even had time to go for a jog there. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mystic, and we’d happily stay here again. Thank you, Josh!"
