"The retreat on Rogers was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed walking to downtown Dover for coffee at Breakaway Cafe in the mornings. It's a short drive to UNH. The space was clean and well designed - a great place to stay. Collin was great to communicate with and we were able to find everything that we needed. All is well at the Retreat on Rogers."

"The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake. The velvet bedding was extremely strange in the heat of summer and was uncomfortable. The shower/tub bottom did not feel secure and felt like the plastic was going to fall through the floor. To...

"Great location, specially for concerts or enjoying the beach. Some road noise."

"Endroit très propre et accueillant ! L'hôte fournit même du savon, du shampoing et conditionneur ainsi que du beurre, de la crème et des cups de café. Nous étions vraiment surpris de constater à quel point tout est très bien organisé. Le condo est situé à 15 minutes de marche de la promenade et on peut même regarder les feux d'artifice du mercredi à partir du balcon. Le seul point un peu négatif est que la vue de la mer du logement est légèrement obstruée par les barreaux du balcon et du...

"No way does this deserve a 10/10 rating. It’s fairly terrible and not deserving such a favorable rating. The pluses - great location, right on the lake. Adirondacks at sunset was heavenly. Super convenient. Wolfeboro is very cute. The shower has been nicely redone. The in-unit washer/dryer worked well and was very convenient. But the negatives are many. Lots of disrepair and terrible attention to detail. We got a spongy soft double bed. The listing says Queen bed. It’s not. We had badly stained...

"Collin was a great host! The property was the perfect location right on the Beach but far enough away form the busy traffic on the main Hampton strip. Plenty of clean towels, beach chairs, toothbrushes and many other amenities. Communication was top notch I left my bathing suit by mistake and Collin went above and beyond to send it back in the mail for me. Look forward to booking another stay in the near future!"

"Great place beautiful view of the ocean a short walk to the boardwalk would definitely recommend"

"Very clean. Great location but bathroom is small and parking spot very tight."
