This was a great property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is close to downtown Manchester. The communication was outstanding by the owner. The condo was quiet and beds comfortable. The place was stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manchester.

Great location. Walkable to Elm street and all the restaurants. Great open space for family to visit and play games. And its very New Hampshire. Old brick building, exposed brick inside home. I am from Texas so I really wanted it to look like the area. Its just a super cute home.

Perfect for a family or a couples retreat

This property is perfect for a family to stay in! Very quiet, clean environment! Both bedrooms have TVs and they have tons of games for the kids! Very comfortable!

Amazing property and location

This was perfect for our family! We were in town for my wife’s graduation from SNHU and this house perfectly suited our needs. The location is great! Easily walkable to the arena for graduation and all the restaurants are so close. Having a parking spot is beyond convenient and we rarely even used the car we rented!

Charming & Cozy!

My husband and I booked this charming home and enjoyed the very quaint and convenient location! Tyler was very easy to communicate with and checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed... Very kind! We loved being near to family and looking forward to booking again!

Wonderful condo and location!

My family and I were in town for a wedding and found this beautiful condo. The location was amazing with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The condo was beautifully decorated and immaculate. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Manchester we highly recommend this one.

Beautiful place in the historic district

Tyler was an attentive host that communicates promptly. Great location convenient to downtown. House was as described and very very clean. Perfect spot for a girls weekend!

The place was sooo lovely. It pretty much has everything you could possibly need and it was a great location! I will definitely be going back. Very well maintained property. I loved the old brick work. I loved everything about it.

Lovely Home in Downtown Manchester

My son and I stayed in this lovely home in downtown Manchester for a hockey game at SNHU. Everything was within walking distance - the arena, tons of restaurants, a cute little pub in the back alley. The two story condo allowed my teenager to sleep away the morning while I enjoyed the coffee bar and work space. Also, a really great shower each morning! Thank you for having us!

The property was cozy & comfortable. Tyler was easy to work with-very communicative. The space was roomy and everything was well appointed & stocked. There was even a wireless charger on the nightstand in the main bedroom! We enjoyed our stay and if coming to the area again will definitely stay here. Thank you for a nice stay!

Our stay was very nice. After Tyler, the site host, quickly addressed the parking and door lock situation it went smoothly. He was very friendly and helpful. Resolved our problems quickly. Very nice condo just as it states online. WiFi helpful and nice washer dryer combo machine option if needed.

Made our stay in Manchester

Tyler & Mackenzie's home was perfect for our time in Manchester. It is a gem of a place. ideally located for lots of eating out and small retail options. Tyler was the perfect host - looked after all our requests super fast and very thoroughly. Nothing was too much trouble. We were a family of 4 and there's lots of space. Everything was very clean, clear and efficient. I highly recommend.

Great Space, Great Location

The condo was great. It is an historic building that feels modern in all the right ways. The location is walking distance to basically anywhere in Manchester. It also easy to drive right out of the city to explore the rest of New Hampshire. The check in process was simple and the host was responsive to any questions we had. Those were minimal as everything in the condo is self explanatory and we had no issues outside of a couple of simple questions. We hope to visit again.

Terrific rental!

My husband and I are avid and frequent travellers. When possible we prefer rental units to hotels, and have rented dozens of places over the years. This property was one of the best! The host has obviously put tremendous thought into providing for guests, it was over the top. While we did not require much…there were personal items like razors toothbrushes floss soaps etc. Also first aid kit, sunscreen, towels galore…too much to mention. Great Place to Stay in Central Manchester!

This place was super cozy and had everything our family needed. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. We walked to a different restaurant each afternoon/night. There are also tons of amenities provided by the host in case you forget any travel essentials. Our main purpose for this trip was to ski/snowboard around southern New Hampshire and this spot was perfectly located between 3 mountains. Crotched Mountain, Pat's Peak, and Gunstock are all easily reachable in under an hour. This house has a great work/office space! Definitely great for a business trip or for getting some work in on a family vacation. Check In/Out was super easy and the host was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone.

BFFs 50th Bday Party Trip to NH

I found this VRBO searching for downtown Manchester locations close to my best friends house. I contacted Tyler to confirm distance and he was immediately responsive. He advised we were less than 4 miles away and just across the river. Upon arriving we realized how great the location was and ironically the brewery my friends asked us to meet at was just next door! Kismet! The place was very well appointed with thoughtfulness sprinkled throughout. From the Welcome book to the coffee bar, to the board games, to having snacks, QTips and shampoo and conditioner, the hosts went all out to make their guests feel welcome and at home. Communicating with Tyler was easy! I will be staying there again on my next visit to Manchester!!
