"The townhouse was perfect for my family of 4 as we were skiing at nearby Mt. Sunapee (about 8 mins away!). The pictures honestly represented the property. The kitchen is a bit dated but the townhouse was very clean and very comfortable. The property manager was extremely welcoming and so very helpful when we had questions. The property is located on lots of open land so we were able to snowshoe with the kids on the property as well. Would definitely come back to this townhouse."

"This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic. The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck. Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay. You won't be disappointed"

"I stayed with my spouse and two children (ages 5 and 9). We felt very safe. The rental was very private and separate from the main house. The bedrooms and two bathrooms were very convenient. Check-in was super easy and directions were clear. Lots of things were provided to make the stay very easy and convenient.Two points of inconvenience: 1) the downstairs bathtub only gets warm water. "We had such a memorable stay at this Gilford holiday house. We had 12 guests and Amulya was more than happy to accommodate and tend to our needs. We were worried it would be a hassle, but the rooms were such a great size. We all wished we could have stayed for more than one night. "Beautiful property overlooking the water. In the morning you can enjoy hearing and watching eagles. The pictures online of the interior do not do this property justice. I'm already looking into my next stay. Great to find a property you only need to bring food and yourself. Clean, no odor of a home being semi unoccupied. If you know, you know.
