Overall, the house is spacious, clean and there is great communication by the hosts. The pool table, badminton and backyard space were wonderful amenities. The down-side to the home is that it sits right on Highway 3237 which is a busy highway so there is a lot of road noise both inside the home and backyard.

Our stay was exceptional !! We loved the house , so clean, cozy and plenary of room. Our view of the country was so beautiful, the backyard had so many entertainment features. From BBQ, volley net, horse shoe game and more. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great time here! The place was bigger than we expected and very clean and neat. They had everything that we needed. Wimberly was a great family experience over all. We would highly recommend staying here. It was very close to everything also. Very convenient. Hope to go back next year!

First time to stay in Wimberley, Texas. Home with spacious and exceeded expectations. Master bedroom bed very comfortable. Loved the game room. Was perfect for family with teenagers. Pool table kept the family together and entertained for several days. Less than 10 minute drive to almost all activities in Wimberley. Made a day trip to scale Enchanted Rock. Location of property is in a beautiful setting with surrounding woods. Weather was perfect to enjoy just being outside especially early morning and evening. All the teen kids said one of their favorite activities was the pool table. Evidently one of the guest rooms has a squeaky bed..

This was the second visit to this home and once again it did not disappoint. The home is spacious, clean and well equipped with anything you may need. There are laminated instructions around the home about everything (TVs, trash, composting, details about local dining, entertainment, etc.). The hosts have thought about everything. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

House was nice. Everyone enjoyed the pool table. Couldn't spend much time outdoors, it was just to hot. The backyard accommodated the dogs well, liked that it was fenced in. Short drive to town, enjoyed Wimberly.

Wonderful vacation home. Plenty of room for 6 adults and I kiddo. We enjoyed everything about the house. It was clean, kitchen was well stocked and everything was labeled. The hosts are definitely pros! They have thought of everything!

Beautiful house, great location

The house was as beautiful and spacious as it appears in the pictures, with a big fenced in yard with plenty of chairs and games. Great location, about 5 minutes from the Blue Hole and downtown Wimberley. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Exactly what we wanted

I just can’t say enough good things about this house. From the location to the entertainment, we had such a relaxing stay. The amenities provided entertainment to our sons and their friends while my husband and I were able to just relax. The location couldn’t be better as it is minutes from Blue Hole and Wimberley. It was clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to our next visit.

5 Stars – Wonderful Hill Country Getaway for the Whole Family!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful Hill Country retreat, which comfortably hosted several generations of our family, including young kids, adults, seniors, and even our furry family members.The home was spotless upon arrival and exceptionally well-maintained. We especially appreciated how everything was clearly labeled and thoughtfully organized, which made settling in a breeze. As a pet-friendly property, it exceeded our expectations with plenty of safe space inside and out for our dog(s).One of the highlights for us was the environmentally conscious design. It’s clear the hosts put great effort into creating a green and sustainable home, which we deeply appreciated. The kids were never bored, with plenty of games and activities to keep them entertained. Easy access to town made quick outings simple and convenient.The property was also impressively accessible for our family members who use walkers. The open layout and flat surfaces made it easy to navigate, and there were no major barriers inside or out. It allowed our whole family to gather comfortably, whether we were preparing a meal or just spending time together.As a small suggestion to further enhance the experience for guests with mobility needs, we’d recommend adding grab bars in the showers to make bathing a bit safer and easier.All in all, this was the perfect spot for our multi-generational getaway. Thank you for creating such a welcoming, well-designed, and inclusive space!

Me and my sisters loved our stay at Edelweiss. The property grounds are beautifully maintained and flourishing with bird activity. Cardinals seem to love this property as much as we do. We saw many during our stay. Natural sunlight envelopes you through the many windows on the back of the house, a bright and welcoming way to start each day. We enjoyed the kitchen space for cooking and gathering to graze/toast each other. The AC cools quickly and there seemed to be fans in every room, even the hallways. A big deal for battling Texas heat! The dinning room table allowed for comfortable meals, plenty of elbow room. The fenced in backyard with a patio deck, patio table, fire pit and hammock is where we enjoyed mornings and evenings. A highlight was watching our Sophie girl fetch stick after stick darting back and forth the large backyard space. A great time was had by all.

Second stay at Edelweiss!

We stayed at this lovely home back in 2022 and I was so excited to see it available when planning my trip to Wimberley. Our second stay was just as great as the first and we’ve become quite fond of the house. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Great home for families

Perfect destination for families to reconnect and relax. Spacious accommodations with everything you need. Beautiful secluded location with easy access to a creek from the backyard yet only minutes from all the attractions of Wimberley. Would definitely stay here again.
