"The host was excellent, but the service at the hotel was horrible. We were at the reception counter for one hour to check in.. We gave the reception our confirmed paper reservation. They call Expedia and talk to them and Expedia verify our reservation. The manager had to call Expedia again after the receptionist had already called Expedia one time. .Someone in the hotel office type in the wrong dates. I paid for 49 days and the employee enter 9 days in their system. No apology or nothing given...

"Muy mala experiencia la verdad octuve una cirugía de emergencia y la dueña dela propiedad fue muy grosera con la muchacha de lo masajes y no me asecto que mis 2 hijos se fueran a quedar una noche conmigo , me ISO un cargo de 50 dólares más pero yo salí un día antes del chek in"
