"Lovely staff and a comfy bed saved this property from a less favorable review. It feels like a converted hospital where the interior designer ran out of money. But, it is LITERALLY opposite the station if you need to catch a train. And they have gorgeous looking cannoli. Good in a pinch."

"I booked a double room which was so small. It had a dreadful view over an alley and roof top. So not desirable in any way. The room had a small fan - there is no air conditioning - we roasted - it was so so hot unbearable. With two adults in such a small room with no air-conditioning terrible. What made it worse was that there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom that was permanently on which you could not turn off so the small bathroom was so hot and made the room even worse. "Room was clean beds were comfortable shower which was a wet room for was excellent very easy for my wife to use Bad point was the complete lack of plugs anywhere near the beds meaning I had to get out of bed and cross the room to turn my alarm off. We also had the breakfast which wasn't very good burnt bacon and unhelpful staff when trying to order a drink as they didn't seem to want to make a coffee from the machine instead directing me to the mostly cold offerings on the continental breakfast...

"This hotel does not have staff as you do a self check in so it is not possible to rate this part of the survey. The hotel offers no amenities, however there is a kettle and tea/coffee provided . The room was perfectly fine for one night. Comfortable and clean although needs updating and there was a bleach stain on the carpet. The room was unbearably hot. A fan was provided but it was not affective in the size of the room so maybe worth the hotel provided a second fan. Other than that not a bad...

"Lovely cottage with great size rooms. Parking was not so easy on a bank holiday weekend. Well appointed kitchen. Great shower."

"Great location centre of the town by a car park where you can see your car parked. Very quiet comfortable. Needs more hangers. Local railway we seen the Flying Scotchman. Nice local beaches. Bars and restaurants walking distance. Excellent facilities."
