Stunning Spot

Having the beach so close by and the pool as well is a real treat. We enjoyed a brandy sour or two on the beach, watching the sun go down almost every evening. The villa is a lovely property and the outside space was great too.

Am Ende ein schöner Urlaub

Wir sind abends angekommen und haben den Schlüssel vom Pförtner bekommen. Im Haus mussten wir feststellen, dass es mir über englische Steckdosen verfügt und wir mit den vorhandenen 3 Adaptern unsere 5 Handys nicht geladen bekommen. Eine weitere Überraschung war, dass das 3. Schlafzimmer nicht im Haus sondern im Keller mit einer separaten Eingangstür ist und somit musste eins unserer Kinder quasi außerhalb des Hauses schlafen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, der Strand sehr nah, aber steinig. Nachdem wir uns eingewöhnt hatten, war es ein schöner Urlaub.

A good time

Nice location to explore Akamas and beaches. The house has everything you need, well equipped, wonderful places to sit outside, our son loved the pool. Pete and his wife were very helpful - communication with Janet perfect before our stay. We can recommend this place!

Nice vibe

Villa Anassa is well presented and a comfortable place to stay. Quiet well kept neighborhood with access to the beach at the end of the road (2 minute walk). Beach is shingle but the sea is clear and nice to swim in as the cove is quite sheltered. Villa is well equipped if you want to cook/bbq but also a 5 minute drive takes you into Latchi or 10 minutes in Polis where you will find restaurants/bars . All the locals that we met were very friendly. Pete (villa management) is on hand should you need anything. Thank you for meeting us & giving useful info/tips on the surrounding area. Pool area is great for just sitting & relaxing throughout the day should you wish not to go out sightseeing. Balcony off of the master bedroom is a great place early evening or first thing in the morning to have a drink and look out to sea. Although you can call a taxi or take a bus into Latchi/Polis, we felt that ideally a car is much easier. Great communication from Janet (owner) and made everything easy. Thank you Sam & Paul

Quiet Location

This Villa is set in a beautiful, quiet location. Janet the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. The Villa is kept to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. For those who like to BBQ this Villa has the ideal set up. With brilliant BBQ, equipment & outside sink. The pool is fantastic & lovely & clean. Any information required is on hand & Janet was only an e mail away for any questions. We will definitely look at revisiting next year.

A beautiful villa set in a lovely peaceful area but only 5 minutes from restaurants and bars.

Four of us (including our 2 boys ages 8 and 11) stayed at Villa Anassa for 10 nights and we had the most relaxing time. We loved all the different outdoor spaces, the bedroom balcony for coffee in the morning, the shaded outdoor dining area, the outdoor sofas and of course the fabulous swimming pool. The villa is set in beautiful gardens in a quiet gated compound, 3 minutes walk to the beach which has a good beach cafe/restaurant. The villa itself is bright and airy and has everything you need and more for a self catering holiday. We bbq’d most nights but Latchi and Polis have plenty of places to eat and are only 5 minutes drive away. The weather really cooled down at night so we were grateful for the sky tv later on in the evenings. Janet the owner couldn’t have done more for us and she put us in touch with Pete who maintains the villa. Pete is a lovely guy who gave us some great restaurant recommendations and local tips. Can’t recommend Villa Anassa enough!

Sehr schönes Haus, super ausgestattet und in bester Lage

Wir waren am Ende der Saison in der Villa. Es hat alles gepasst, seh sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Total klares Wasser. Pete hat uns für den ersten Abend eingekauften. - wir kamen sehr spät an. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Bliss!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday at Villa Anassa in Neo Chorio ("villa in Latchi") in late September/beginning October. The weather was still gorgeous, 30 degrees Celsius every day. As the villa is right behind the lovely quiet natural beach, there is usually a light breeze, so perfect temperature. There is a little path which leads to stairs down to the beach, which i wandered for many happy swims in the warm and clean sea. It really only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach. The beach is quite long and you could walk along it to a couple of restaurants with loungers and umbrellas. The villa itself is very comfortable: big beds and sofas and areas to sit outside and on the balcony, even the pool loungers are super comfortable! It is a really quiet and green neighbourhood with flowering shrubs everywhere. We were able to really relax and ended up spending a large part of our holidays around the house, by the good sized pool. I don't like it when the pool smells too chemical, but this pool was great, even the birds drank from it. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need on your holiday, with ensuite bedrooms, fully functioning kitchen, big flat screen tv with hundreds of english speaking channels, and mosquito screens on all doors and windows. We very quickly felt at home!! Pete, the manager, was very friendly and ready to advise with any questions or requests we had. He got some shopping for us for when we arrived, as we landed in Cyprus late in the evening. I have to say that this was the nicest villa i have ever stayed in and i wish we were still there now! I'm very much hoping to come back!!

A fantastic villa in a great location!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. The villa is modern and spacious, immaculately presented and well-equipped with everything you could need, including lots of lovely loungers and outdoor sofas on the various terraces. The two bedrooms and their ensuites were roomy, and we particularly liked the terrace outside the master bedroom which caught the sea breeze and some shade after lunch each day. The pool was fab, big enough to keep our two teenage sons happy all week, and the stunning beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. Latchi is a few minutes away by car, with some great restaurants and a few shops. We visited Yialos restaurant on the beachfront 3 times during our stay; great food and spectacular sunsets every night. (Book if you want a table on the front row right by the beach). We picked up a hire car at Paphos airport (this cost about the same as using taxis to and from the airport) and it was an easy drive to the villa, and to the supermarket in Polis during our stay. Latchi Watersports were a lovely bunch of people - we tried wakeboarding, and also hired a motor boat (with a tow-along donut!) for a morning to visit the Blue Lagoon and other bays along the coast and this was definitely one of the highlights of the holiday. Janet was in touch once we booked, with lots of help and advice, and Pete, the manager in Cyprus, was friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. A lovely place which we will hopefully return to in the future.
