"Nicely renovated downtown hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms were very clean. Location of hotel is excellent right in downtown of Nelson. Parking was adjacent to hotel for free. Very good proximity to restaurants. Very good coffee shop next to the hotel for breakfast, which is not provided by hotel. Coffee available at hotel in morning hours . There is also good restaurant in the hotel."

"There were not many amenities. Restaurant and pool were at other location. Parking out front was tiny spaces and most vehicles took up more than one space. Room was clean, bed was good. The only staff was the front desk staff and she was pleasant. There is a train that can be a bit loud at night."

"Though it is an older motel it had some updates and was one of the cleanest that I have seen in a pet friendly room. You can see that someone takes pride in the details and maintains the grounds and flowers nicely too. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable with a quiet a/c unit."
