May get away

This was absolutely a perfect place to stay. The condo was everything it was identified. If you are looking for a quiet beach and a great location then Navarre Beach is for you. I highly recommend this wonderful condo.One thing I would suggest for all condo owners is adding an air fryer. Make it easy for heating left overs.

Our unit was nicely and thoughtfully prepared. Appreciated the extras that were included. It was a restful and relaxing stay for us. Beautiful views from the balcony. Our host/hostess were so accomodating and friendly.We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful and relaxing

My spouse and I visited Navarre for the 5th time and the condo was beautiful, clean and had all the accommodations we could ask for. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we chose to come home early but we would definitely recommend this condo and visit again!

Incredible views surrounded by elegance!!

I always love staying in Navarre, but this was my first stay at this location. Incredibly spacious and elegance everywhere. The views from the large oceanfront deck are second to none. The pictures were great but the stay itself was even better. This is truly a 10.0 location. Love it.

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and well kept, and felt modern. The views were spectacular - exactly like they are on the website! Perfect for a family of four. We appreciated the games and puzzles on our only rainy day! Karen was so easy to communicate with - we would choose this place over and over!

Beautiful stay in Navarre Beach

I stayed in the loveliest, most well equipped, cleanest condo in Navarre Beach. The condo was beautifully decorated, not like a rental at all but like the owners actually lived there. Views galore on the huge round balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach/ocean as well as the sound side. I highly recommend staying in Beach Colony East! You will be delighted!

First Stay in Navarre

The unit was very clean, and the images of the unit were and accurate representation. While the weather limited our outdoor activities the unit has numerous recreational options for sunny and rainy days. The location of the unit is good for a quick walk to the pier, restaurants, and beach. I personally liked the option to drive west and search for shells on less visited beach front. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and will return.

My Favorite Rental of All!

This is my 3rd time to rent from Karen and Steve. 17B is perfect for my family and in my opinion, the B units have the best views of the water and the pier. They are perfect hosts and very easy to work with. I have absolutely zero complaints and we also left a brand new beach chair to add to the collection in the laundry room! I will rent this unit every chance i have! We will see you again next summer 17B!

The view was very good. The kitchen has everything you need. Also the wash room had all kinds of beach toys and chairs. Our only complaints was the elevator not working half the time and the living furniture needs improvement the wicker chairs are not comfortable.

Perfect Vacation

A beautiful condo with an incredible view! Everything you need is provided--there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys plus books and games. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to do your own cooking. There is a great patio area to dine on or to watch the gorgeous blue-green Gulf. This condo is a jewel.

One breathtaking sunrise after another...

A beautiful condo on the 17th floor, facing east along the Florida panhandle. The living room has a huge window and a sliding glass door that open to the balcony and allow a commanding view of the beach and water below. The master bedroom includes a second sliding glass door that opens to the balcony facing east. Every morning, the first rays of the sun come streaming in the bedroom, and a pair of well-placed mirrors above the headboard and beside the closet allow the sun to "play the bank shot," so that the whole room just fills up with wonderful natural light! We had an amazing stay, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful property

Gorgeous views from the 17th floor. This condo is just as described, tastefully decorated and not lacking in anything you might need for your visit. This was our first time visiting Navarre and we will definitely be back.
