"loved the front yard"

"Beds were very comfortable."

"We had a great stay. It was very accommodating for our group size as there was plenty of room. The jacuzzis were a huge plus as was the fire pit. The house was clean and as described. It was also a short uber away from Petco and Balboa park which was appreciated by all in my group. Would definitely recommend or use again."

"Such a great experience here! The host was very communicative and attentive. Spot was clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. There are plenty of bars and cool shops within walking distance. We will definitely be booking the same spot on our next trip!"

"Loved this stay!"

"The house was clean. Communication with the host was fantastic. Check in was super smooth. The location was perfect."

"We stayed here with friends for a youth sports tournament. The property was 15-25 minutes away from everything we wanted to go to. This was a great home-base, with plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the patio and gazebo in the morning for coffee and cocktails in the afternoon. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub was a great addition. "

"This is our second time to stay at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the home is very clean with comfortable beds. The house and outdoor area are great for relaxing with family and is child friendly. We will be back! "

"Family-friendly, beautiful home! We had a few hiccups (minor) during our stay & the host was efficient and communicative during the whole process. To our surprise we were gifted some very delicious cinnamon rolls! I thought that was a warm touch! We loved our stay & will consider this property for the future! A.S Family!"

"Clean, good owner response. On the pricey side for the level of accomodation."

"This incredibly charming guest room never felt anything but a private cozy hideaway. With its own entrance, restroom, and accommodating host - we felt so fortunate to have found the perfect home-away-from-home for our trip. The island is a beautiful slice of Americana, and the host George was accommodating and available any time we needed without ever feeling like we were imposing on him. With an incredibly fair price, Swiss Army knife of amenities, and in such an incredible location no matter...

"The host responded to my messages quickly. The house was nice and clean, gated and I loved the outdoor seating area."
