Wifi no llega a habitaciones. Desayuno sin agua, leche, fruta, jugo... No reponen nada. Y si lo pides, ponen todo tipo de pegas. Las mesas sin limpiar de un cliente a otro. Servicio de bar pésimo. Sin amenities. Muy caro

Viaje sola x una semana, lo pasé increíble, las instalaciones de 1era, la arquitectura hermosa, con exposición de diferentes artefactos antiguos precolombinos y de la zona.todo insertado en el ambiente. Comida exquisita, destacó al barman Rodolfo con los mejores tragos!!. Realicé todas las excursiones con el hotel " lo recomiendo 200% en transportes del mismo hotel. Jacuzzi y piscina techada impecable . Te pasaban bicicletas para conocer la ciudad. Regsloneada a más no poder. Lo unico que no tenían pantunflas ni batas. Muchas graciasssss

Mal servicio del Staff, buena infraestructura.
Buena infraestructura, limpieza, SPA y lugares comunes. El Staff dejó mucho que desear, muy poco colaborativo, poca amabilidad, sin entrega de soluciones. Adicionalmente no recibimos los beneficios por ser Silver que venían en la confirmación de reserva como botellas de cortesía, etc. Staff cero relacionado con la entrega de estos beneficios. Adicionalmente no entregaban las cortesías propias del hotel y ponían en duda si es que correspondía hacerlo.

Muy buen hotel y ubicación
Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable. Disfrutamos la piscina, la habitación, y paseamos por Puerto Natales que queda a poca distancia. Siendo exquisito sólo criticaría el desayuno, que tenía bastante variedad pero las cosas en general no eran muy buenas, y la iluminación de la pieza y el baño, que era un poco oscura.

PESIMO SERVICIO
Por algun motivo una de nuestras 2 habitaciones reservadas no tenia la cama adicional que habiamos solicitado en la reserva. Solicitamos en la recepción si se podía agregar una cama o cambiar la habitación (eramos 4 adultos y 2 niños) la recepcionista amablemente nos dijo que lo vería y que nos llamarían a la habitación Nos llamo la encargada de clientes y rrpp del Hotel (de nacionalidad argentina, no recuerdo su nombre) y nos indico que agregar una cama tenía un costo adicional de 180 usd y que nuestra tarifa no lo permitía, y que no se podía hacer nada.Dijo que como estas reservas eran promociones de otros portales tenían tarifas inferiores y que el hotel normalmente cobraba practicamente el doble.....no se realmente que es lo que quizo decir...... le falto poco para decir que nos estaba haciendo un favor ya que nuestra tarifa era una "oferta" de 200 usd!!.., ademas tuvo un trato muy poco deferente con mi señora por telefono al punto de que ella termino practicamente llorando luego de hablar con ella.......me queda claro que el hotel no tiene ningun interes el huespedes que no vienen como parte de algun paquete, como en el caso nuestro. Esto es tan evidente que mientras cenabamos esta misma persona saludo personalmente a todas las mesas consultando como estaba todo, el servicio etc y a nosotros nos ignoro absolutamente.......muy mal y de bajo nivel.......el servicio es absolutamente amateur. .NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE Y CREO QUE AL MENOS MEREZCO UNA DISCULPA

The hotel is impressive! -one of those rare occasions when you get what it says in the tin!! The building is impressive, the spaces are well-lit, comfortable, facilities are good, staff is super-helpful, the food is amazing, the rooms are spacious. The views are great, short walking distance into town; and you are the doorstep of Torres del Paine!

There are a lot of good things about Remota. The rooms are beautifully designed and thought about. Some reviews mention staff not being friendly, but everyone I met was really helpful. The communal spaces are great for lounging around. The food was tasty and the bar is very good. There are things I would like to see improved: - Places to refill water bottles without having to ask the kitchen - Better advertising of snacks and drinks being available from the bar outside of meal times - The pool needs a shoe area before people come in, so outdoor shoes aren't being worn round the pool itself. - A wifi booster so that wifi works in all rooms. There are a couple of issues I had. The website advertises airport transfers from Punta, but when I tried to book I was told it is only during the day and I was on my own. The website also advertises excursions, but again when I actually went to book I was told these are only for guests on the packages. This wasn't an issue because there are lots of tours available locally, but it wasn't what I expected from the website. So I think the website should be updated to make these things clear. The pool is really nice but was only actually working properly for two of my five days - the others there was unspecified 'maintenance' which meant it was cold and not full to the top as it should have been. This should be advertised better at reception (or ideally avoided!). I would stay again if some of these things are improved!

The Remota hotel was absolutely gorgeous and and the views are stunning. The staff is exceptional. Rooms are spacious, modern and offer comforts of home such as robes, slippers and a tub to soak after a long hike in Patagonia. The breakfast included has a variety of American and Chilean options. They even had oatmilk! I highly recommend staying here if you are using this as your base hotel for day trips to Patagonia. The only thing is location, it’s on the outskirts of downtown Puerto Natales. Getting a taxi from the hotel is easy it’s getting one back that was a bit challenging.

Tivemos um problema na recepção, que, embora com direitos a upgrade de quarto e check-in antecipado, nos colocaram no pior quarto disponível, e mesmo com o hotel vazio, somente após o horário do check-in. O cofre do quarto não tinha baterias, só foi resolvido depois de dois dias. Não tinha banheira, chinelos e roupoes, como prometido na reserva. Somente depois de algumas reclamações, a gerente do hotel nos compensou com uma refeição no buffet do restaurante, na última noite. Destaque somente foi o atendimento do pessoal do restaurante, que atendem muito bem. Já o pessoal da recepção, sem empatia alguma. Acho que falta treinamento e conscientização da equipe. Fora isso, o hotel é bonito, um dos lados tem uma vista incrível para a cordilheira Paine, porém com erros graves de projeto de arquitetura. As iluminações do quarto e banheiro são insuficientes, o único espelho do banheiro é escuro, o piso não é aquecido e as escadas nos corredores são um risco à segurança. Você pode bater a cabeça se andar distraído e se machucar bem.

Loved the hotel– beautiful architecture and has a very calming ambiance. Service was amazing and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us everything we needed and the bartender even treated us to a free local bottle of sparkling wine for our first night! The hotel was perfect for unwinding and relaxing after our 4 night W trek in the park. We stayed here for 3 nights and the breakfast and dinner were impressive. Lots of cozy nooks to lounge and relax in as well if you wanted to some alone time with a book. I got a 1hr massage and enjoyed a beer by their outdoor jacuzzi as well. It was overall a lovely place to relax and unwind. About 5 mins and 3000 chilean pesos away from Puerto Natales by taxi, you just have to call the front desk and ask them to grab it for you 10 mins in advance. I chose this hotel because I wanted a quiet, remote place to recharge after my hike that still felt like we were connected to nature and wasn't in the center of the city. I'm glad I did my research and chose this place it was exactly what I wanted and more!

Great place to stay! Not to mention with my trip mishaps going to this place - truly a nightmare however, the hotel staff made my negative events into a POSITIVE & memorable one! Front desk: Lorena, Vale, Fernando & Claudio very helpful with my travel endeavors. Restaurant Crew: Jessica, Rudolf (Mr. Bartender-Suave!), Angelo, Camilla & Jose. Always welcoming, attentive and wears a smiling eyes. 😘 Housekeeping: ensures my room are nice and tidy. Making it like a home for me.🥰 Mr. Fernan (the Tour Guide): EXCELLENT guy and went above and beyond in taking care of me! 🙌👏❤️… making it truly a MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE to cherish! Nice middle ground
The stay overall was good. The food is pretty good worth eating at in this town. One major gripe about the hotel is the very slow internet speeds. Also do not expect much in terms of additional amenities. However staff speaks English and is extremely helpful. The guides we hired through the hotel as well were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Great stay in Puerto Natales
We stayed at Remota hotel for 5 nights. It was a very spacious and clean room - WiFi didn’t reach but not a big issue. Hotel has a cool style with really helpful staff members. Food was delicious and the spa was a nice touch. Would definitely return to this accommodation.

A unique lodging experience. Pros: great breakfast, nice lounging area, rainfall shower, comfy bed. Cons: poor lighting in bathroom and, due to glass piece in wall, whole bedroom illuminated if someone turns on bathroom light. Also pricey.

Unique romantic hotel
Amazing and very unique hotel. Just a few minutes outside downtown, makes you feel like you are in the countryside. It has beautiful views of the waterfront and the mountains. The hotel is beautifully decorated and it is very original. The architecture of the hotel is fascinating and the views from the rooms and restaurant and amazing. The food was delicious and was included with our stay. Service was outstanding. It was a perfect and very romantic place to stay.
