Great area & the cutest place to stay! Loved the decor & actually enjoyed the trains! Parking was easy & convenient, the 50% off was really nice as well. The latch app was super simple and made coming & going a breeze. The list of nearby restaurants came in handy too! We will definitely be back!

Absolute must !!!

We enjoyed this space so much! About a 10 min walk to broadway. Recommend uber or scooters- it is located close to the homeless rescue mission.

Very clean and decorated nicely. There were plenty of supplies on hand. It would help to have signs at entrances so it is easier to determine what code needs to be used to open doors, but that it not a huge problem. We felt very safe and comfortable.

Very nice place

Very nice place. Decorated nicely with nice amenities and furniture. There are trains and homeless people. Great location and within walking distance to Tennessee Brew House with great food and beer.

Great Stay in Nashvville Fun Building and Unit

Close enough to everything in Nashville but far enough away also. Convenient to walk to the Gulch, Broadway, Frist. Was able to park in the building except one night and we parked on the street with no problem. Interesting that the building was next to the train tracks. Would get woken up once in while. Not horrible, part of the ambience. Unit and building were clean as could be. Gym was nice. I would highly recommend this building while in Nashville.

Quick stay for CMAs

The condo was great! We LOVED the decor and style, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee out back overlooking the tracks and were able to walk mostly everywhere we wanted to go. The secret cabinet was a fun surprise! We didn’t mind the train at all, so we slept just fine. We would definitely stay again!

Railroad Noise

First, the condo itself was amazing and just as pictured. However, the bedroom is right now to some rail tracks which made it hard to sleep at night even though there were soft ears provided. The train would come by about once an hour. Fortunately the property owner kindly moved us to another unit.

I am really struggling with this review. The property and host are excellent! The unit is well appointed and tastefully decorated BUT We arrived at night off the bus. You have to avoid Middleton street where there was many groups of homeless people with crack pipes and injecting drugs. There is a Mission diagonally across street. Others have mentioned the train track which is 20 feet from your bedroom window. It is "a walk" from most places.so to avoid the area, you will be using a ride service. Like I said, I wish I could rate it higher but I would not want my daughter to stay here.

Charming Speakeasy

Our stay was effortless. The unit was clean and supplied all that we needed for our stay. A great location close to Broadway & the charming Gulch area. We would stay here again.

Nashville visit

The condo was very clean upon our arrival. The "secret" door was a neat little touch. Although the trains run close by the unit they did not bother us or keep us awake at all. The secured parking area was very appreciated.

Great visit

The property was amazing. We were incredibly comfortable and had all the things we needed. Kitchen is amazing. Laundry room was fantastic. Have to include that this property is right against the railroad tracks. It didn’t bother us much - but we aren’t light sleepers.

Beautiful property!

Great property with lots of charm that is conveniently located. I would stay here again but the train is no joke and literally idles directly outside the bedroom. You can hear and hear and feel the train. So if you are looking to sleep in or have perfect sleep this may not be the place for you. That said, I loved everything else and will likely stay here again in the near future.

Not the best if you value sleep...

The property itself is really nice, here are the good things: the room is big and it has everything you need for a great stay and was clean. We didn't use the pool; but, it looked nice and a great place to hang out, it has secured parking (the lower parking is paid and the upper parking is free -- we found that out late), the lobby is clean and the whole place is controlled by an app on your phone. Here are the off putting areas and the reasons why we wouldn't stay here again: the room that we had was literally feet from the railroad tracks (and the entire place is next to the tracks) and there are ALOT of trains that go by 24/7. We had our own ear plugs; but, it doesn't do much -- we were here for 3 nights and it was a miserable experience. The area this is in is very NEAR "the Gulch" neighborhood - which is super awesome and has a ton of great restaurants and shops; however, their is a homeless shelter a block away and another employment type center a block away and the entire area around the building is pretty sketchy - it's only probably a couple blocks in either direction; but, I'm just trying to be as honest as I can. So the room and location is 5 star, the level of sleeping we had was probably a 1 or 2 star and the sketchy couple of blocks around was probably 2-3 stars.

Awesome stay!

Lovely, clean and well stocked. Management was incredibly responsive when needed. Super convenient to local attractions. Only issue was the tub drain was really slow

Amazing!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and nice. We were allowed to check in early even when they had a late check out! I was very impressed. We plan on coming back!
