The host was very welcoming and replied to questions quickly. The townhome was very clean, nicely furnished and complete amenities. Just fyi for guests. It’s next to a train track. We enjoyed the train passing from the balcony and didn’t mind the sound as it passed by. Perfect parking spot for one car and definitely walkable to downtown. I would definitely stay again.

The only major drawback is the train that runs all night right outside the bedroom windows. We all had a hard time sleeping through it, so this location will only work well for heavy sleepers. The location was fine, about a 15 minute walk to downtown, and felt safe…appreciate the security code on both the elevator and unit entry door.

Great value, beautiful place, so close to all the action

This place is excellent for a short stay. This condo is very close to all of the action. The most an uber costed us was 6, but you can easily walk to Broadway. The condo had everything you need including plenty of towels, kitchen items, and paper products. It is extremely clean and comfortable. It is very spacious. The small deck has 3 chairs and a table and was a great place to enjoy morning coffee. The covered parking that is included was a bonus too. I wouldn't stay more than a few days here because the trains are an issue as other reviewers have stated, but you know that going into this based on the cost. It is less than a hotel for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The price was wonderful and worked within our budget. This place could bring in double, if not more, the rate if not for the trains. They are not occasional as some reviews state. They are about every 15 minutes, and they are loud. This goes on throughout the night. The owners can not do anything about it though, and the renters are told about the trains in the listing, therefore, this place deserves all 5 stars!!

The condo was nice and clean but too close to the train track. It is right outside the bedroom windows and balcony. It runs all hours of day and night. I did inform the owner of this issue after the train horn was blowing at around 2am when we checked in on a Thursday and they informed me that the train noise should get better because it doesn’t run much on weekends but that wasn’t the case here. It went all weekend long unfortunately with the train horn blowing there was no way to get much rest.

Great location

17 minute walk to broadway. The place was super clean, beds were soft and we walked everywhere. Under the building free parking was a plus. Favorite non-broadway activity was the farmers market. Yep there was a train but the bedrooms are well insulated and only heard the one night.

Perfect for a quick getaway!

The place was meticulous and just the perfect size for our group of 6! Great location fairly close to all of the action but just far enough away! The condo right above us was at times loud due to heavy footedness but we made it work!:)

Will stay again.

We stayed for an extended weekend. Everything was as described. Everything was clean. The place is within walking distance of broadway, if you don’t mind about a 15 minute or so walk. We walked our first day and took an Uber the rest of the time since the weather wasn’t ideal weather the rest of our stay. Check in communication was easy and there is additional parking close by if you have additional vehicles. There is a train track right next to the place, but was hardly noticeable when it passed for what little time we spent in the apartment.

Memories made

Very clean and cute place. It is definitely a 15min walk to broadway which we did not mind at all. Whole Foods store was close by. The only not so great, but not terrible was the train. At first it is kind of loud but then you get used to it. There also were no kitchen towels. But other than that. Great place. Would rent again.

Nashville Get Away

The property was everything as described. The location was perfect for us to walk to everything we wanted to do. Spent everyday on Broadway taking in all the great entertainment and food and having a great time at the Predators game. Would highly recommend this location to anyone. The hosts were great and we would definitely stay again our next time in Nashville
