Great location, once you can find your way to the front door

Great condo, neighborhood, facilities, beds, host, etc. Need better instructions on how to get to the condo entrance. Took 15 minutes to figure out how to get to our reserved unit after we arrived.

Nashville with Neighbors

This was the first time my husband and I vacationed with our favorite neighbors (another married couple), and this property was practically perfect for all of us. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were separated by the kitchen and living room spaces, affording us plenty of privacy. Our only complaint was the less-than-comfortable seating in the living room, but this wasn't a deal breaker since we were out exploring most of the time. We would definitely book this property again.

Holland Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The only negative thing is the fact that the door to the hallway to get into the condos, is not very visible. Us and 2 other couples found it hard to find the main door. There is just a plain white sign on the door. Put a sign that says “Goodnight Properties.” It’s even harder if you park in the garage because there is zero signage telling you where to go go. Thanks.

Good location but condom in the bedroom?

The location was really nice and the overall aesthetics of the place were great as well. However, we found a used condom by the nightstand upon arrival, hair on the floor in the bathrooms and what looked like poop stains on a blanket. We contacted the mgmt. company and they had someone come out and remove the condom but that was it. We asked for the bathrooms to be cleaned. They did not. Our niece wanted her linens to be changed due to the condom. They didn't do that either. The code to the door was not correct. I talked to another couple who had the same issue. It should have been the last 6 digits of the phone number but was only 5. This is unfortunately a typical experience when dealing with a corporation rather than individuals who rent their homes.

Buyer Beware!!!! Wasp Attack and Dirty Unit Zero Stars

A very large wasp nest had formed in the door jam of patio door and dozens were getting into the unit by a large gap in the door. My husband and young daughter were attacked by them and my husband was stung. We contacted goodnight multiple times and were sworn to that maintenance would come and get rid of the nest. We had to barricade ourselves in the bedrooms with towels under the door. Maintenance refused to do it and left us a can of wasp spray the following evening. Customer service said that it was not their problem due to it being on the patio and caused by nature. When I told her that is is their problem because they were getting in to the unit even after putting a towel under the door and attacking us and we couldn’t use the couch bed in living room and patio that we paid for, she agreed and told me to email all the details and management would contact us and compensate us. We never heard from management not once even after specifically requesting! We received texts from customer service only with no solution during our stay. My husband had to get rid of the nest and was stung in the process. The unit was dirty. A used contact lens was sitting on the nightstand. There was zero bedding for the pullout couch even if we could use it. While looking for the bedding I came across the air filter which was so disgusting it hadn’t been changed in years.
