The space was perfect for our party of 10! The proximity to downtown, making everything walkable, was the real selling point. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was quick and any questions I had were immediately answered. Would highly recommend!!

Condo as described and in a great location. The condo is spacious overall as well as the bedrooms. Very clean and offers a near, downtown Nashville expected where you are very close to Broadway, but at the same time far enough away as to not hear the noise. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Perfect rental. Very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Excellent location, just a short walk to Broadway & Printer’s Alley. Would definitely stay here again! Appreciated the extra amenities like Keurig with coffee and supplies provided.

Perfect home for our family of 10. Very clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the Ryman and downtown. Xenos property management was extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again (if we were not in process of buying a home in the area)!

Great option for a big group!

Went with a group of 13 and this property was perfect! Every couple had their own bed and lots of bathrooms to accommodate everyone.The location was great as we were able to walk everywhere, so didn’t feel like we had to do everything as a group. The only uber we had to take was to and from the airport and even that was close. Highly recommend!

My group have been coming to Nashville for approximately 15-20 yrs now and this is the first time at this property. I will have to say it's been the best one to accommodate our group! The property manager was very helpful and was quick to respond to any question we had.

All-Around Fantastic

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the HonkeyTonk! The location to downtown was the initial selling point, but we had so much fun when inside the apartment as well!We (mom and dad) shared this spacious apartment with our four adult children and their partners. There was plenty of room to give everyone their own space, yet great areas for playing games and just hanging out.All were impressed with how well stocked the HonkeyTonk is - it seemed everything we needed was there! The only thing I’d add for the larger groups would be an additional (or longer) table and chairs for when the whole group plays games.We will definitely look to stay at the HonkeyTonk again when next visiting Nashville with friends or family!!

Absolutely Fantastic!

Our group is work related. We all participate in a Fantasy Football league and after our annual sales meeting we all decided to stay a couple extra days in Nashville to have some fun. What a FABULOUS apartment. After spending the afternoon listening to Nashville’s talent, we headed back to the apartment. Plenty of room for everyone, we cooked a homemade spaghetti and meatball dinner and watched the late NFL playoff game.Of course, we had a foosball tournament too! Great location, fantastic accommodations and great host. Thank you!

We took our grandson, a couple of his buddies, his mom and 2 other couples for a long weekend. Honky Tonk was perfect! Lots of space for everyone and the bedrooms were great. The location was wonderful. Very easy access to Broadway and the area felt very safe. The boys even walked over to Nissan Stadium and got some last minute - very inexpensive! - seats to the Titans! Hope we will able to be back again!

Nashville Anniversary Celebration!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Honky Tonk celebrating 60 years of marriage with our family over Thanksgiving. Ages 19-77. The mgmt co. was responsive and check in was easy. This rental is well taken care of and supplies were plenty for the 5 days we were there. The rooms were spacious, baths were plenty and everyone seemed to be happy with the comfort of the beds. The foot traffic above at the wee hours for light sleepers was disruptive but expected in downtown Nashville. Bring ear plugs. Our family made some great memories and shared lots of laughs. A suggestion to mgmt..add a bar cart! The drinkers in our group needed their own space. Otherwise fantastic!

Better Than Advertised!

Fantastic property. Great location, very convenient for all things lower Broadway. Plenty of space for our group of friends. Beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms were clean and spacious, loved every aspect of stay here. Instructions for getting into the building and eventually the room were clear and timely. Will be back again for sure.

We had an amazing time in Nashville. The accommodations were amazing and so close to Broadway. Loved the space and number of bedrooms and bathrooms, which worked well for all 9 of us for our girls trip. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The couch and open kitchen area was a great place to gather and start our day. It was worth the price.
