Apartment is way smaller than it looks in pictures and if you plan on cooking, don’t the stove pitches down and it’s very hard to cook. No space to eat no laundry in unit unit was clean but not ideal for a family.

Location was very easy to find and only 1.5 from music row on broadway. The apartment 202 was very clean and the bed and blankets were super comfy. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils which is nice but there’s barely counter space so may need to use top of trash can or little stool as a flat area if needed but it’s cute!The balcony was nice and there were fire pits but unfortunately as much as I was looking forward to having a fire which I haven’t had in years, they did not work. I saw that there was a laundry feature and we had a decent amount of clothes we could have washed but there’s not any instruction to get into the laundry room so we had to leave with a bag of dirty clothes. The only real complaints I’ve had was that I wouldn’t book a floor level apartment. The whole time we were there, the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night, heavy heel walking and slamming things on the floor. Every morning, I was hoping to finally sleep in for a much needed break and around 630 am there’s the same thing. Around 8 am, the laundry room opens and the sound of an annoying fan whines and whines til about noon… really agitating when you spend money to go away and relax can’t. Overall it’s an extremely nice venue to stay! I feel safe there and the surrounding area so walking to explore for a day trip is top notch a thing to do since parking is so expensive and there is Lyft available everywhere in the city and cheap!

Property was nicely kept. Location was great and easy to find. Parking was simply at the back of complex. We do don’t need laundry service for our short visit. We did meet Kristy the host and she was superb. Definitely choose this place again!

Condo was exactly as described

We loved our stay at The Vinyl! The condo was exactly as described. Such a cool vibe from the outside to the inside. Super clean and had enough towels and necessities. And the bed and pillows were so comfortable! The outside area was a fun space and we loved our private balcony. A quick 1-minute walk to 2 great coffee shops. We visited Bobby’s local tavern our last night to listen to some live music and unwind after a long day. All the sites were accessible by foot or uber. It was CMA fest which we didn’t realize when we booked our trip, but Ubers weren’t in short supply. The only negative was the loud laundry room across from the unit. Luckily, it seemed to only be used at night. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the Nashville area. Thank you!

Perfect Location

We brought our 16 & 18 yr old daughters to explore Nashville. Everything was clean and we loved playing cornhole right outside our room in the evenings. Short uber ride to 12South and Broadway. Also close to YeeHaw which is fun to do in the evening after a long day of exploring. This next statement isn’t a complaint, it’s just for reference. My husband and I had the bedroom and girls had the pullout. They are 5’11 and 5’9. Pull out bed was not enough for them. I’m just stating that incase you forget to think about size…like we didOverall it was a great stay!

Excellent location, couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

I found this sweet, sweet VRBO — which made me a rockstar among my friends. It was better than we could have imagined. The location, on Music Row, was peaceful and calm with a private patio that we enjoyed while recapping the day’s events. Parking was free — our car sat idle until our departure - we walked EVERYWHERE. Our little kitchen was perfection—with just enough of everything to make a simple meal, or prep for cocktail hour. When we return to Nashville we will stay here!

Amazing

We just love staying at this property. Stayed in the Artist's Suite and it so beautifully decorated. Property, was so clean, had all the amenities we could have asked for and more. Safe and quite neighborhood but close enough to music row and printers alley. 10/10 would stay here again.

Property is very well maintained. Has everything you need. Weather was cold so we did not use any of the outdoor area. We also did not walk to any of thr bars or make to Broadway. It did seem like it was about a 15 min walk to some local bars and restaurants. A lyft was eay to grab a.
