The Space:

This large and unique property has something for everyone. Enjoy 5 floors of professionally and intentionally designed spaces built for luxurious entertaining, lounging, and relaxing (and dancing and singing, too!) Starting with our secure, keyless entry, you’ll find a first floor Queen bunk room with private bath. The second floor features a large and one-of-a-kind karaoke and movie lounge to live out all of your country and movie star dreams. Another Queen bedroom, private bath, and fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and dining room can be found on the third floor, ready for dinner parties or slow mornings after a night out. The fourth floor offers a large King bedroom and en suite fit for a queen (or a bride to be!), as well as a fourth bedroom with two Queen beds and a getting ready station – this will definitely be a favorite spot for your group before going out! Finally, the fifth floor is the perfect place for your group photos, dinners, and dance parties. Overlooking the stunning Nashville skyline, you can catch sunrises, sunsets, and stars up here. Equipped for year-round enjoyment, with a fire table for cooler nights and sun umbrellas for shade. Enjoy serving up delicious food and drinks from our Blackstone Grill and rooftop bar, steps away from a built-in dance floor.



Guest Access:

Guests can use the entire home with a reservation. No rooms or features are off-limits.



Interaction with Guests:

Guest can message us at any point during their stay. We send our detailed check-in information to each reservation, but we know questions may come up. We also have detailed instructions and labeling throughout our home for certain amenities where extra details will be helpful.
