The location had a beautiful view. The apartment could have been cleaner. Dust, dead bugs were every where. There was also no where to put your luggage beside the floor. There were two huge closets that easily could have a cheap dresser or luggage rack in. Overall unit was good but could use some up keep for sure.

The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. We received detailed instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was very clean and would definitely book again when visiting in the future. The only downfall is the train that runs right beside the building. Other than that, we have no complaints.

Perfect location

We were in Nashville for a wedding and the Gulch area was perfect for us. The owner was great to communicate with. There is a train that runs nearby that was a little loud during the night but other than that. Great place to stay.

Constructive criticism

Management was wonderful and very timely with their responses. The apartment was in a great location with great views of the city. The only advice I would offer is to maybe have a conversation with the cleaning staff. I looked like they just ran through and hit the high spots and didn’t pay close attention to detail. There was still hair in the floor of the tub from the toilet previous guest. There was also dirt/“dust bunnies” that looked like had been just swept into the corners. It was a great experience otherwise!

Great, clean house.

Everything was great. Just want to mention that the unit borders the highway and the train tracks—a lot of noise through the night. We used a “white noise” app on our phones to drown it out, that worked just fine.

Perfect short stay

Loved the two bedroom condo in a safe building and area. We were able to walk to many restaurants and even downtown with a quick Uber ride home! Not used to living in a city, it is noisy near the highway and train but a noise machine took care of that!

Nashville get away

The unit provides the necessities and is clean and comfortable. It contains exactly what it says on the listing. The property manager was exceptional. He communicated quickly and was very helpful.

Very clean, and comfy beds!!

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfy! Great view, good location...there are a couple cafes just a block or two away, and its a quick ride to downtown.

Perfect Location in the Gulch!

My husband, son, and I spent a wonderful long weekend at the Malibu Suite. The Suite is in a great location - within walking distance to Broadway, 3rd and Lindsley, The Listening Room Cafe, Rudy's Jazz Room, and several great coffee shops and restaurants. Ronald was an amazing host with quick and clear communication. The check in/check process was a breeze. Plus everyone we met in the building was so friendly!

Great place - need upgraded items

The place was great overall! Had a nice view of downtown. We enjoyed the ease of lyfting or ubering everywhere we needed to. A couple of things need to be upgraded, for instance the white towels were dingy even though they had just washed them….time for new ones. Also there were only two coffee cups available…this is a space for six people…they should have at least six coffee cups. There were no wine glasses although they had two champagne glasses available. Finally, for a newer apartment building (we were on floor 10), it was incredibly noisy with traffic on that freeway. But truth be told the one thing that I did appreciate was not having to clean the whole place before we left…that was a bonus!

Perfect for a couples weekend!

Perfect space for two couples. Utilized the workout room which was very impressive. Building seemed very safe. Walked to broadway a couple times, but also a super quick Uber right. GREAT view. Had a great time. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect location

Booked this as a last minute accommodation when weather changed our vacation plans. Ronald was extremely accommodating knowing our situation and even offered us an early check in to allow us to make the most of our trip to Nashville. Instructions and communication were very easy to understand and accurate. We could Uber everywhere for $10-$15, so it is a great location. (Recommend Uber vs taxi… a $12 Uber was a $30 taxi with 2 less people) Condo was clean and the amenities in the building were superb. Ronald provided several suggestions for our stay and responded very quickly. Will definitely book again when we return to Nashville. 5+ Stars!!!
