Awesomebcommunication, adorable house, and very unique and fun decor. Great place for our family to land for a few days while we waited on our power to come back on during the ice storm of 2026.

We loved it. We were in town to visit family and we brought our 2 small dogs. The yard is amazing! Parking is abundant. House is adorable and surprisingly roomy. The location was ideal. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. And Dwayne was fabulous. His response time would rival most 911 operators. And he even checked in with us midway. 10/10 would stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Nashville and enjoyed our stay at the Charter House. Communication was immediate and everything was perfect for my parents, sister, and me. I will return to this place on my next visit. Plenty of room and clean, with many amenities. Highly recommended! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

5 of 5, even six! This place is great! Quiet, nicely arranged, everything we needed to feel at home on our trip. Dwayne was so helpful leading up to our stay, and stayed in communication, checking in on us, during and after the stay.

Nashville weekend

Everything was great! Good proximity to restaurants, coffee, parks. Property was just what we needed. Only wish the weather would have cooperated!

Cool place

Great place to spread out with 6 ppl including 3 teens. They had the upstairs and their own bathroom Great location and loved the uniqueness Rained most of the time or we would’ve built a fire and enjoyed the spacious outdoor area

Highly recommend

My family and I traveled to Tennessee for a softball tournament. This was the perfect place for our stay. The cabin is very unique with great history. The backyard has a very private setting and front porch was perfect for evenings outside. The owners were great! We would highly recommend!

Great getaway

This Charter House is as described. Fun decor with everything you would need. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard and we enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Dwayne was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Don’t miss out on going to the Rudder for dinner.

Cozy Cabin Near Nashville

Overall it was a nice place. The home had everything you needed and it was in a nice neighborhood close to Nashville. It could have been cleaner and the rec room is unusable in the summer (no AC). Although a short walk to the lake it was not a part of the lake that you have access to or can swim in. The beach is a close drive though and very nice.

Quaint Cabin Close to Town

The cabin is as described and pictured. It's convenient to all Hendersonville has to offer. The beds are comfortable and the owner was very responsive. One thing you should know if you have a sensitive nose is the cabin has a smoke smell.
