Very lovely are to stay while exploring Nashville. Convenient to uber the shirt distance to Broadway . Germantown has so many nice gathering spots for drinks and really good food. Monells was fantastic! The bathroom needs updating. Beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the house overall. The dust was very visible. Other than those two things it was a great stay.

Great neighborhood, nice house, bathroom needs a total makeover, back deck is rotten and should be roped off, the place just felt dirty. Under the living room chairs the blinds, the outside windows haven't been clean in ???. Sun shining in the morning really shows the dirt. For the money charged I would not stay again. Those locks were driving me crazy.

We had a great time! Our host was quick to respond to questions. The beds were very comfy and everything worked well. Very close to broadway and Germantown is a quiet community with things to do. Definitely come back!

The house itself is truly charming. It could use a good cleaning. The kitchen floor and corners have extensive dirt build up.The windows need cleaning and when I opened the bathroom window, the screen was just lying inside and the sills were filthy. The bathroom sink did not drain, but when I contacted the host it was repaired immediately. The big bedroom was an office converted, with no closet, but does have a dresser and a rack over the door, but no hangers available for use however I left a few for the next guest. The second br did not have a closet for hanging clothes either. My friend hung up her clothes behind the door and forgot to retrieve them when we left. We left on Friday morning She realized it later in the day and we contacted the host. He said his “ staff” leave would leave them on the front porch 0930 Monday am.When she went to pick them up she had 2 seasonal sweatshirts that she pd 40 each for that were missing. We contacted the host and he said that the staff found no other clothing. The front porch swing adds a great curb appeal, but was covered in spider webs. The host was responsive, but not friendly. You certainly expect more when you pay those extra fees especially the cleaning fee and I was appalled at how dirty the floors were.

Beautiful 1920’s bungalow in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. Very comfortable beds and I’m pretty sure the sheets are Clara Clark. The best!! Thank you for the basket of snacks and the 1 hour early check in. Loved having off street parking available. Close enough proximity to Broadway that the ride share was affordable. Monell’s restaurant was a delightful find. We would stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. We felt totally safe, and check-in was super easy. Only suggestion would be to add a lock to the bathroom door, but overall, everything was great and we’d definitely stay again!

Perfect for what we needed!

We were mostly out exploring, but the AC was so perfect when we were there (it was 95 degrees out!) and the beds were super comfortable. I would stay there again, 100%, and I’d tell anyone else to as well.
