"Nice house overall, though the property does feel like it's in need of a refresh. While I enjoyed the lovely front garden, I was disappointed that the backyard was not clean or usable as I had planned to spend time out there. However, what made the stay so good were the incredibly welcoming neighbours!"

Great location, easy check in, safe neighborhood, nice layout, comfortable beds, the outdoor fireplace was a nice bonus on chilly evenings! Hostess was friendly and had great communication!

Amazing Stay

This house was a perfect stay for our family! Only 20 minutes from Broadway and five minutes from Publix. It was a great location! Great communication from the host and very helpful and caring to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Great Nashville House

Such a great experience at the Greenhills House in Nashville. Clean, spacious, and wonderful furniture and a pool table to keep us entertained! Definitely worth a visit and staying here.

Lovely, well located Nashville home

Beautiful home was a comfortable place to return to after exploring Nashville. Our group of five each had space plus lovely areas to gather together.

Very nice house with good air and lots of space. Has a pool table but had no other cards or games.. no worries. Nice kitchen area with all the dishes and pots and pans. No extras as in spices, cooking oil, etc as many houses do. Had enough towels , wash clothes , and a very nice washer dryer and plenty of laundry soap. BBQ worked good. Good host Meghan . Thanks for a good visit!

Perfect vacation spot

This house is amazing. So spacious and beautifully decorated. Located very near everything we wanted to do. And Meghan was very quick to respond and helpful with recommendations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great house!

We had a wonderful time in Nashville for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect and the property manager was great! Thinking of coming back next year for Thanksgiving too.

Family wedding week Nashville

We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful house! We were in town for a wedding, and we had plenty of room in this lovely house! Great set up, nice and open, comfortable beds, and Meghan was so helpful And responsive!! Lovely neighborhood for walking.

Beautiful home in Nashville suburbs.

We had a terrific time. There were 7 adults and we had plenty of room. The home is in a gorgeous neighborhood. It was a quick drive to Broadway.

Football,Hockey and Music

Great property, close to everything. We had a rental car so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to. Spent a couple of late nights playing cool which was great. We definitely stay here again if I come back to town.

Great house short drive to everything

Large central areas for playing board games and loved the pool table. We had 6 adults and there was more than enough room! Great beds and bedding, everything you need… short drive to everything! Very nice quiet neighborhood. We loved it!

Great house

We were in Nashville for our daughter’s wedding. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to grocery stores and other retail stores. The house was very clean and just what we were looking for!

Home Away from Home

Located in a quaint neighborhood that was within a mile of where our son lives. Was a great neighborhood to take a walk in. Also located close the Green Hills mall and all the great shopping and dining around there! The host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. It truly felt like home away from home, and we will definitely be back!
