This was an amazing spot!! The location was great and the set up was absolutely perfect! We came for a combined bachelor/bachelorette party and the house couldn’t have been more perfect. Enough space for everyone and then the game space made it even better! Chad was also phenomenal and so accommodating! Couldn’t have been a better stay!!

Beautiful home with 6 bedrooms. 4 in the main house and 2 in a separate unit that is accessed by walking outside through the backyard area. The game room area has so much to do and kept our group entertained. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Plenty of parking! Nice neighboorhood.Checked all the boxes and helped make my birthday celebration with friends and family so special!

The property owner, Chad, was excellent to deal with - from the initial booking through our time of departure. He was in contact with us via phone prior to check in to give us an overview of the property and answer any questions we might have. He also checked in during the stay to make sure everything was fine. Five of us stayed at the property - the original plan was 8 people - (two GP's, two Parents, and 4 GC). Unfortunately, our son and his two kids were sick so were not able to make the trip. The set up of the house(s) would have accommodated all of us very nicely.The house was very clean and comfortable. The dining area could easily accommodate 10 -12 individuals for meals.The game room was very nice - all of the grandkids enjoyed this and we had hours of fun. The house is located in a very nice area of Nashville - very quiet and removed from the activities of Downtown. That being said, the downtown area is only a few miles away and can be reached easily via car, Uber, etc.All in all, we would highly recommend this place and we will look forward to staying there again when we visit Nashville with our extended family.

Best VRBO experience ever!

My sister and I planned this trip for our elderly father and all of our adult children. We could not have ask for a better experience! The house was amazing for a large group (10 of us)! Beautiful, spacious and clean. The game room was a wonderful place for all of us to gather to hang out and enjoy time together. I can't say enough great things about the host Chad...he was more than accomodating and helpful. He communicated with me more than anyone we have ever renting from...and we have use VRBO A LOT! Thanks Chad for helping our family create memories at your wonderful property, we will be back!

Couples trip

There were 10 of us and we came up for the guys to do the Metallica concert and girls to have a great weekend. We had so much fun. There was plenty of space for everyone!! Enough supplies to cook any meal. The house was so pretty and clean. A couple people did laundry. Plenty of hot water for everyone. Parking space in the driveway for 5 if you position well!! The beds were great. The guys loved the game room. The ladies loved the hot tub. There were absolutely no complaints from anyone! Will definitely be repeat customers.

Great for a Group

For a group of friends, it is a great spot. It was clean, as advertised, 10 minutes from Broadway, and the amenities were great. Chad was responsive throughout and assured we were well taken care of - which is appreciated. Recommend this for a group (we had 8 adults).

Owner called prior to our trip “first time ever” Chad was great in giving us the rundown of everything and gave suggestions in a f/u email. House was well stocked. The best home away from home!

We booked this house for a family holiday gathering. (6 adults and two infants). We knew we wouldn't be able to get out much so we wanted a place with a lot to do. The house had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of things to keep everyone occupied & happy in winter weather. It was the perfect layout to put the kids to bed and hang out in the game room & hot tub at night. The owner was probably the most responsive owner we have encountered and was great about making sure everything was perfect for us. The house was clean and very well furnished. By the end of our visit, we felt like it was home. We would love to rent this house again!

Great Nashville Space

This is a beautiful, well maintained home close to the heart of Nashville. Everything is so close and easily accessible from the property. The home itself is beautiful and expansive. Chad contacted me the day prior and was very welcoming! He made the check-in process so easy! My family loved staying at the home and we will definitely book again!

Family get together

We had a family gathering with 6 couples and it was so nice that everyone had their own room. The game room was perfect for everyone to hang out and it was a short drive to downtown restaurants and shops. The property was clean with comfortable furnishings and a nice outdoor area with a hot tub. Would definitely recommend this place to others with large groups. We never had to speak to the owner because everything was perfect, but he made sure we could have easily gotten ahold of him if we needed anything before we arrived for our stay.
