The home was very nice clean beds comfortable Frank, the host was amazing. There is a large front yard and gated backyard. Also a river across the street. The location is perfect. I would highly recommend this place.

The house is very nice. Bedrooms spacious, bathrooms both nice and great open living space. The yard is so spacious, pretty and private. The screened in porch was great. Boots the outdoor cat was so sweet! Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Retreat

We loved staying in this beautiful Franklin home. The six of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some quiet time. The house is extremely clean, has very comfortable beds and a great kitchen with jenair appliances. Frank was very responsive and quickly answered our questions. The setting is beautiful, quiet and very peaceful. We would love to stay here again.

Lovely Home

This home was the perfect place for my mini family reunion. We needed a comfortable place to hang out, play games, and eat treats all day -- and this property fit the bill perfectly. Loved this house

The house and location were perfect. The house was clean and quiet, beds / mattresses were the most comfortable ever! The town of Franklin was very convenient with lots shopping and restaurants! We will definitely stay here again!!

Great place; great host

We traveled to Franklin for a family wedding that included events in downtown Franklin and at Homestead Manor. The location of this house was perfect, as it was about 10 minutes to both events. It was very private and very quiet. There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, including a screened in porch that was wonderful. It’s nicely decorated and was very clean. If we’re ever back in Franklin, we would definitely rebook this place!

Incredible house- very well maintained. Bedrooms are all great size with plenty of room. Beautiful kitchen and well appointed. Lovely outside and screened in porch areas. Frank was incredibly attentive and easy with which to work!

Best Little Farm

This property is awesome; perfect for family. We truly enjoyed walking the property and discovering all the acreage. Wish we could have used the firepit, but we will just have to come back in the winter. Host is awesome.

Fantastic property

This is a perfect home for being located very close to wherever you need to be, but you feel like you are far away from the crowds and traffic. The home is open, with large rooms for gathering and relaxing with your people. There are several outdoor living spaces as well. The owner was quick to communicate. Don't hesitate to book.
