Great location. Lots to do within short walking distance. Used Lyft for short rides to Broadway but could have walked. Hosts were easily accessible and friendly. Unit was clean and plenty of room for the two of us. Bed was comfortable. Would have liked to have a 2nd TV in the bedroom.

Fun in The Gulch

We stayed for 4 nights at the Mercury View Lofts and had a great time. The location was great - close to shopping, wide range of restaurants, bars and cocktails. Largely walkable, but may want to Uber to Broadway or some of the other areas closer to downtown. The pullout sofa bed was broken when we arrived and was not able to be fixed while we were staying, however, an alternative was provided and a fair discount provided along with late check out and local coffee gift card. The host was friendly and understanding throughout the whole process and apologetic for the issue with the sofa bed. The loft was nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed to stay for a few nights. Thanks for the great stay!

Best VRBO ever

I really don’t know where to start! I flew down with my 16-year-old son to visit Vanderbilt so we were clearly looking for a place that was safe and in a good area. This place far exceeded my expectations! I would’ve been so miserable at a hotel that would’ve been twice as expensive! This place felt like we were home even though we were away. It literally was exactly but even better than was described on Vrbo. The location was actually the best bonus of it all located right in the middle of the Gulch area. We walked to 404 kitchen for dinner, Kayne steak house and biscuit love and Killebrew coffee for breakfast. We walked everywhere ! We took the scooters to 12 south neighborhood bc that was too far to walk. The apartment was a perfect size and it had everything!! They even leave you pods for the washer and dryer and coffee!! The place coukdnt have been cleaner and the communication was spot on from easy check in to them sending emails to check in with us. I hope my son gets into Vanderbilt so we can come back. And 100% safe nice neighborhood. I would give it more stars if I could!!

Great location

Nice area to stay, easy to get around with the abundance of electric scooters everywhere around town. The loft seemed to be well sound-proofed, made for better sleep! Because it’s an exposed industrial-feel loft, you can really hear the AC running but I found it to be a nice white noise for sleep. If that’s a bother to some, just bring ear plugs. Lots of yummy restaurants within walking distance, definitely try the gumbo place right downstairs. There’s also a little grocery store right across the street. Highly recommend this loft.

The location and communication was great. Unfortunately a constant whistling noise never stopped during our entire stay and was very loud in the bedroom. In addition I recommend purchasing a new mattress. A giant sinkhole in the center which makes for an uncomfortable sleep.

Girls trip

Perfect spot for 4 girlfriends getting together for a trip away! Nice location, easy to get Uber/Lyft rides for areas a little further, but also easy to walk to a lot of locations! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone!

Great spot! Accommodating hosts

We loved our three nights and four days in this spot! Walkable to everything & tons of food/bars a quick walk away. When our smoke detector battery started to die and beep, the hosts graciously put us in the next door suite for the night to not be bothered by the sound.

Weekend getaway

We have an annual girls trip we like to go on to Nashville and this was the perfect little spot to stay. It’s unusual to find a space like this with two bathrooms and with multiple ladies it was so nice to be able to get ready in different places! It was a close walk to many of the shops and Starbucks is located across the street. It felt safe and secure for us. We will definitely be back!

Great place

This was a great, clean place to stay. All details listed were accurate. Sofa couch was not at all comfortable but the king size bed was great. Hosts communicated very well with any questions we had. The need to return to the lot each day to extend and pay for parking was the only cumbersome thing that happened. I didn't like stopping what we were doing to get back there in time for it. We were on a tour so we were an hour late returning one day and received a $50 violation but I called the parking company and they did waive it. But it did cause anxiety until then. Otherwise we loved this place.
