Perfection all around!

This was hands down the most gorgeous rental property my family and I have ever stayed in! Every aspect of the property was so well-kept and professional. The accommodations were on par with a very nice hotel and Barb was extremely helpful and responsive. On top of all that, the location was perfect. A great location if you are looking to be near Broadway, but not right up against it. Great walking distance to The Gulch and Music Row, and only a short drive or Uber ride to the classic broadway staples.

Fabulous house in a great neighborhood. Lots of nice touches in the house for added convenience. Owner was easy to contact and communicate with. Highly recommend this location and property. Will definitely return.

Girls Trip

Barb, was very helpful during the entire process, answering all our questions and was gracious to accommodate our request for few hrs late checkout. The house was clean, well stocked and had everything that we needed. Barb was sweet to also welcome us with a very yummy cheese board and wine bottles . The layout of the property was perfect for our large group of 10. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to be rented again!

Girls weekend!

My group of 7 friends had a blast at this huge, fancy townhouse. The rooms were big, the kitchen was well stocked, the extras (cowboy hats!!) were lots of fun. The location was residential. Overall a great place to stay and have fun!!

Amazing weekend in Nashville

We came to Nashville Labor Day Weekend as a bachelor party and everything worked out wonderfully. Check in and communication was great. Sub $10 Ubers to the main strip, but you can walk or bird if you really wanted to. Everyone had a blast and slept very comfortably.

Beautiful Home

Great family home - beautifully decorated and comfortable. The rooftop deck was fabulous as well with two other patios to enjoy the outdoors. Barb was great - very responsive and offered us an earlier check in and a later checkout if needed. Walking distance to the Gulch and a short Uber drive to Broadway. Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful rental, poor communication

Barb's place is gorgeous. Great location, wonderful amenities, the place is better than the pictures. However, her communication leaves much to be desired. 2 months before I asked if we could drop our bags off early. Barb said if no one was staying there the night before if wouldn't be an issue to drop the bags in the garage and provided me with a baggage company as well. A week before I inquired again as it seemed by the calendar that no one was renting the night before and I was told she wouldn't know about bag drop or early check in until day of, no problem. Day off I got the check in information and she stated we would not be able to even bag drop in the garage as cleaning staff would be in and out of it and she would let me know if they were done early. She never messaged me back at all and I didn't hear from her until the last day of our trip that she was putting her car in the driveway and then never again. No check out reminders or thanks for staying here. I have never stayed at a rental with such poor communication

Well appointed, contemporary stay

This was the perfect property for a large group visiting Nashville to celebrate joint birthdays. Tastefully decorated & spacious with enough bathrooms to accommodate 10 women + multiple outdoor areas. The host added a personal touch by surprising us with a Birthday cake (in the fridge) upon arrival, which was certainly noticed & appreciated. We experienced a minor maintenance issue while on-site which the property manager responded to & remedied quickly. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here & will book again for our next trip!

Nashville didn’t disappoint

Great location and beautiful house! The house and Nashville were both great! You can walk to almost anywhere downtown from the property or very close walking distance to Th Gulch area. The extra “small” amenities make this rental everything you could ask for. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Excellent property!

I stayed with my husband and adult children. We had a wonderful stay the property exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen area perfect. The entire house was clean and orderly. The location was perfect to visit numerous areas of Nashville without the loud noise of Broadway. Property owner very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Is there a higher rating than excellent???

I wish there was a higher rating than excellent for this wonderful home. ! It's is stunning, spacious and cozy comfortable. Barb did not miss a thing when creating this home or the extras that surprise you at every corner. Right up to the heating pad for our daughters. It was our daughters wedding week and We were greeted with personalized things that made this nervous mother of the bride relax and enjoy the down time at the house. Best Short term we have ever stayed in. And oh did I mention we are Short term rental owners ourselves so we KNOW a good one when we see it. We will no doubt be staying here again. ❤️

Fabulous!

This house is beautiful. We had a group of 10 women and this house was perfect for us. It's well stocked with everything we needed plus extras, coffee, snacks, plenty of paper products. The rooms were all decorated beautifully and we loved all the outdoor spaces. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great dining, grocery and liquor stores and only a mile to Broadway. Barb was in touch and available if we needed anything, which we didn't. It was perfect. Thank you for providing a wonderful place where good friends could connect and relax.

The host is incredibly thoughtful with every little detail. Truly the best vacay rental experience we’ve ever had. From the size, location, amenities, personal touches, comfy high end furniture & linens, & detailed house manual. We had a group of 10 ages 23-55 celebrating a 50th bday. So many things are within walking distance. Very safe. The owner even gave us instructions for safety when expected tornado weather came in. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and host!

Amazing Experience!

The property was amazing. There isn’t a thing they missed in this home. If you forgot to pack it, don’t worry, they have you covered. Prime!!

I had the pleasure of staying in this unit. for a bachelor party. The home was true to its description and very well maintained. Every bedroom was very comfortable and spotless. The bathrooms were gorgeous and very clean. It was very nice that we had bathing products available to us as some on the trip forget to pack theirs. Location was excellent and close to the trendy Gulch area and a 20-30 minute walk to the action on Broadway. All in all, a 10/10.

This house was amazing with great amenities. Days started with coffee on the sunny rooftop terrace and ended with happy hour on the shaded main level patio. Beds were sooooooooo comfortable - it had everything we needed and a great location to walk in the Gulch or down to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls get away weekend bliss

From the moment we walked in we were overwhelmed with the thoughtful details around the entire home. The house is extremely clean / functional and fun. The house is much larger in person than it looks on the listing photos. Don't miss out on this location either. So close to where you want to be. We felt completly safe coming and going from the house. We will be back! Thanks Barb!
