The overall place was great. The arrival into the loft was scary with a much needed paint job and dirt on the walls. The living area was nice and bedrooms good with what was advertised. Some dirt under the bed. The record player is broken and some lights are too. There is a speaker system in the drawer we didn't find until the last day. There is also a coffee maker and a Keurig which was not posted. Great location! Noise from across the street overnight on Thursday but otherwise I would recommend

The layout was good for our group- 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). The kitchen/ living room area was a great meeting place. Location was perfect for Printers Alley and Honky Tonk Highway. The 28 stairs from the street to the loft could be challenging when handling luggage/packages.

Overall great property and would come back. When we booked we booked for 8 but had our adult son decide to join last min so we used the whole space! It was definitely comfy for a large group. A few small things I wish I knew when I booked. There are two coffee pots - one Keurig and one regular pot. The two options for pull out couches are TOGETHER and in the main living room, so it is loud and bright from the street for that sleeping arrangement. We didn’t find the sheets and sleeping blankets for the couch but they said they were there. They do provide ear plugs, but I’d also suggest sleeping eye masks; we found an air mattress in the back closet, so one couple slept in the back room on the air mattress after the first night. The kitchen was well stocked - crockpot even. Wear comfy shoes…it’s uphill from broadway but definitely walkable to all things downtown Nashville. Two bathrooms are in suite and one is in the main hall. It’s all on one level once you get up the entry steps.

The place wasn’t very clean, furnace filter was plugged so it wouldn’t cool down efficiently, couches were terribly uncomfortable. It definitely looked better in the pictures than it actually was. Will not be staying there again for our next trip

Amazing place!

We came to Nashville to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday with her and her three best friends, and this place was absolutely PERFECT for us! The decor was stylish and fun, and we were so impressed by how spacious it was—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.The location couldn't have been better. We loved that we could walk to so many of Nashville’s highlights—restaurants, bars, and live music were all just steps away.If I had one friendly suggestion, it would be to consider replacing the pillows in the primary suite and adding a few hangers for convenience. But truly, those were minor things in an otherwise wonderful stay.We had such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The loft is really cool and unique. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were a huge plus. My colleagues and I had a conference downtown and it was a short 6 minute walk to the conference site.

The WiFi / Internet was very poor. The extender had been damaged, and I suspect that was the issue. I tried to text, as well as email the owner about such, but got no response. Perhaps because of the issue.Otherwise all was great with the property.

The openings between rooms for duct system needs improvement. Seal around duct to help stop sound and light. You can also baffle the duct system to reduce sound transmission between rooms.The balance of your property is Great !

Great place but needs a little improvement

Observations and Suggestions: * Linens: Observed a shortage of sheets and pillows, requiring guests to adjust bedding arrangements. * Unit Signage: Lack of clear unit identification beyond the address may create confusion for guests. * TV Usability: Navigating the TV systems proved challenging. Simpler interfaces would enhance the guest experience. * Rug Placement: Some rugs presented potential tripping hazards (e.g., hall rug) and obstructed furniture usage (e.g., overlapping rugs in the living room). * Decorative Aesthetics: The current art collection presents a unique and eclectic style. However, the choice of modern and historical elements in some areas (e.g., master bath) may not be universally appealing. * Kitchen Amenities: The presence of two coffee makers is noted. However, the absence of a toaster oven may limit guest cooking options.

Just as described!

This property is very fun. It is very accurately described. Great location with easy check in process. It’s an old, charming building but with that said - you can hear a lot between the rooms. They do provide lots of amenities which include earplugs! 3 bathrooms with 3 comfortable beds. We enjoyed walking everywhere we needed to go and appreciated all the helpful tips for parking and managing our stay. I definitely recommend this fun place with an awesome location!
