Love the location! In the midst of everything… just a few minutes walk to the Ryman which is why I made the trip. Parking was convenient in garage close by.

"Fancy" really is everything the description says it is! The location is fantastic and the amenities and space itself is phenomenal. It was everything we needed in a loft for our little celebration trip. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!! Near all the shops and restaurants on Broadway, also was able to walk to Nissan Stadium for an NFL game. The room was comfortable and clean and was well equipped with everything you need. Would definitely come back here again!

We absolutely loved this place! The location couldn’t be better—right in Printer’s Alley and walking distance to everything downtown. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Super convenient for exploring Broadway, great restaurants, and live music spots. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Nashville!

Perfect for our Nashville concert visit

Perfect for a concert getaway! The loft was in a great location that is easily walkable to all of the fun around Broadway. We also walked to Nissan Stadium with no problem. The loft was clean and was described perfectly in the description. I would absolutely recommend using this loft or Music City Loft for your stay in Nashville.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!

I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH OUR STAY. THE ROOM HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND WAS VERY CLEAN. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT, WE WALKED EVERYWHERE (NISSAN STADIUM, THE GULCH AND OF COURSE BROADWAY). YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

We loved staying in “Fancy” and felt very safe and close to Broadway! A very short walk and we were at any bar on Broadway. An awesome taco joint in the same building! Short scooter ride and we were shopping at fun local shops! We will stay here again!!

Great Location: The property’s location is excellent. Most of the attractions we wanted to visit were within easy walking distance. It’s situated far enough from Broadway to avoid the associated noise, yet close enough for convenience.Good Experience: The property matched its online photos and was clean upon arrival. The unit was well-equipped with most everything we needed for a long weekend. When we encountered an issue, our phone call was promptly responded to via email; however, the issue was not resolved.Wi-Fi Unusable: This is the reason for our 4-star rating. Download speeds were 0.3-5 Mbps, while upload was fail-2 Mbps. This also means we could not TV stream a complete show. Despite contacting support and receiving a prompt response, the situation did not improve. We gave up and used a phone as a hotspot for our other devices. If reliable internet access is important to you, confirm that this issue has been resolved before booking.Trash Disposal: While it did not impact our rating I want to call this out. Guests are informed they are required to dispose of their own trash. I didn’t think much of this until we actually had to do it. It is an elevator ride to the basement, walk thru several closed metal doors, and follow signs to the disposal area. For a premium priced rental, I don’t understand why this needs to be the guests responsibility. If I had been alone, this walk would have felt uncomfortable. I avoid unknown, solitary basements when I travel.

The property was great, location was good close to Broadway, 10 minutes from grocery store, and abundance of restaurants around the apartment. The only complaint is the toilet paper needs to be the excellence as of the loft. thsame exc

Great location

The apartment is well equipped and great location i would have given a higher rating if had been just a couple but as we were sharing it wasn’t as good an experience as the bedroom has no ceiling so no privacy as such and the doors were very heavy pull along but you can’t lock them so a bit awkward when sharing, the internet was terrible but the communication was great and they did try to fix it, The building is tidy and neat shops etc and there is everything you would ever need in the apartment, for a couple or just friends i would highly recommend.

Great location

This unit is perfectly located if you want to enjoy country music and its museums. You can easily walk everywhere. We had a wonderful time exploring and even topped off the day at Sinatra's for a nightcap and wonderful crooner music.

Perfect location - Wonderful accommodations

We stayed in Fancy for a weekend football game. The loft was ideal with close proximity to Broadway. It was safe and actually very quiet. Perfect for a couple. Bed was amazing. Only recommendation would be a larger tv…lol. It worked fine but pretty small for such a cool place. Would certainly stay again!!!! Highly recommend!

Cousins trip and bucket list

We were pleasantly surprised by how close the place was to everything. We were able to park for the weekend and walk everywhere. We all felt that the place was more spacious than it appears in the pictures. I’d recommend a white noise machine for those who turn in a little earlier than the late night crowd (did I mention how close it is?!?). Great place. Would book again if we go back.

Would stay again.

Overall stay was great. Location is perfect, didn’t need to rent a car and everything was within walking distance. There is an uphill walk from broadway, so if that would be trouble for you, look for something different. The check in process was a little different from any other Vrbo we have stayed at in the past. I missed all the email from the company that owns the property, and it hit me when we were at the airport about the board our flight that I had zero information oh how to enter the property. (My fault that I didn’t look into this sooner.) There is an online agreement that you have to sign and return before they will give any information, and I had not received any of them. They did have proof that they were sent, but I was unable to locate them anywhere in my emails. It would have been nice if they would have reached out through Vrbo messages when the 5+ emails weren’t responded to. After I reached out, they were able to send the email again, and everything was taken care of, and we got all needed information. If you stay here, make sure you get emails and signs the agreement before you make the same mistake I did. If we are to come to Nashville again, and it’s just my husband and I, we would stay here again.
