Location Location Location

Perfect location! Three blocks to Broadway, one block to Painter’s Alley (keep in mind can access in the basement where you drop off the trash) and three blocks to 2nd Avenue where they are more restaurants and bars. Lots of restaurants, coffee, hoagies, pizza and history within 3 block walk. Also, about 20-25 minute walk to Nashville Farmer’s Market and 11th Avenue with upscale restaurants and stores. You cannot beat the location!It’s a bit loud at night, but the owners provide ear plugs. We never had to use them. We walked so much and we were out all day that it only slightly bothered us on Saturday night, but we were so tired it didn’t keep us up. The place was very clean, roomy and comfortable. While it’s a loft, there is plenty of privacy. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Nashville. Only recommendation, bring a blanket if you like sleeping with one. They do provide linens, a thin comforter and towels. Really liked this place!

Great location and space, excellent owner details, awesome for 4 adults/2 kids (tight for 6 adults)

Property was great, and the few maintenance issues we had were addressed immediately through the very convenient virtual guidebook that was provided. Can't beat the location. Only note is the pull-out couch is a smaller 2-part trundle, making it a tight/uncomfortable fit for 2 adults (but would have been perfect for kids).

Is it the Ritz?

No. But in comparison to other VRBO type properties my husband and I have stayed at, it is 5 star. Clean, safe, and great location. There is not much privacy to the bedrooms because of the loft type rooms. But we were out and about most of the time and we were prepared for that. A suggestion for a bit more privacy for the downstairs bedroom would be for the owner of the property to put a curtain along where the stairs come down, just far enough until you are down the stairs. Our company stated its almost impossible to not see into the bedroom inadvertently. Many complained about the noise, but honestly not much from the building itself, more from the outside street. You would have heard that in a hotel as well. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest headphones or ear plugs. Everyone in my party snored, so I was very much prepared for anything. The beds were comfy and the water was hot. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book again. Thank you!

Girls weekend

The weekend was fabulous. You couldn't ask for a better location. Extremely convenient to anything you would want. No trouble getting in with the codes provided. The place was clean. I can't say enough good things... Would definitely stay there again.

NO PRIVACY

the place was clean, but the watered down all the soap. the description of a loft is accurate: yet when you walked up to the stairs you can watch the people in the lower bedroom. No privacy. The loft has no walls so if you whisper to your spouse the other people will hear you. No privacy for 2 couples, 2 bedroom. Location was great though. We personally had a problem with no personal contact just robots.

Spacious Loft in the Heart of Nashville

A few friends and I stayed in this great loft for a weekend of exploring Nashville. The location is perfect, as it's close to Broadway's iconic bars and other downtown must-stops. The space was large and open, with plenty of space to lounge. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Check-in and out were very smooth. Definitely would recommend for a friends trip to the area!

Block and a half from downtown, easy walk. Area was quiet odd street noise. Loft was clean, beds comfortable. The two bathrooms a plus with 5 in group. Starbucks, subway next door and liquor store across street. Will return and recommend
