We come to Nashville at least twice per year. We have stayed many different places. That is one thing about Nashville, there are so many different and competing options. This trip we decided to stay somewhere we have never stayed before. I will say it wasn’t the best place we have stayed. Parking good- enclosed in and safe.Room- CleanThose are the best parts of the stay.Price point is high for what you get. Like I said competing options you can find better.Communication leading up to and after check in horrible. I went days before communication prior to check in. All my calls were sent to a busy signal. Never got an email for check in. Finally about 2 hours before check in we had communication. Down loaded the “LATCH” app and it didn’t work. I was then told it doesn’t do work well with iCloud email. Should probably disclose that glitch. We had to set someone else up. During the stay I was notified all of our codes would be turned off 2 days into our 4 day trip. I had to break away from vacation to discuss the matter with host company. All communication issues were “glitches”. Busy signals, no email prior to arrival and other item. If you are a light sleeper the train goes by a lot day and night. The rooms we had faced the tracks and it was loud.This area is filled with homeless people. Lot across the street is a large hangout. We were going to take a walk one morning and stretta around the area had people sleeping along the sidewalk.
