We received a warm welcome from our host, Daisy—she was friendly, helpful, accommodating and good at checking in or responding to questions during our stay.The apartment is super comfortable and spacious. It was ideal for our girls' weekend with 5 of us. The living room is perfect for hanging out and relaxing after (or before) a busy day on the town. And even though it's right downtown and you can hear music/street noise from the living room, we all slept soundly/it was quiet in the bedrooms. I even slept in the office area, which doesn't have a door, and it was peaceful sleeping. The location was convenient for walking all over town, and rideshares were very affordable to destinations not within walking distance.I would highly recommend a stay at this gem of an apartment!

Everything was great, was very spacious area. We had 8 people and we did not feel like we were on top of each other and the 3 full bathrooms definitely helped. The housing was seconds from broadway!

Great spot in Nashville!

Cant ask for a better location! We did a guys trip the last weekend of April (3 shows at Ascend amphitheater) and this place really worked out nicely. So darn close to everything! Didnt get into an automobile once. Cool experience getting into the elevator inside the ice cream shop. When the doors open (3rd floor) you're already inside the rental. It is kind of sketchy entering the place after midnight in the back alley. But since we were guys we were only startled by one bum sleeping near a dumpster. The guys who slept in the (2) beds in the 'loft' didnt love how their room had curtains to separate it from the kitchen. They had the worst sleep of the group. But we knew it before renting - so cant fault the listing.

Great Location

The location was perfect. Right around the corner from Broadway. The place itself was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed all that there was to offer in and around this place. It was above an ice cream and coffee shop so that was a bonus. Overall, great place to stay.

Can’t be beat!

You can’t beat this location. It is right in the center of everything. Cool and trendy condo with tons of space for a small group and has everything you need. Walk to everything. Checking in, out and communication were all seamless. Mike’s Ice Cream shop downstairs is a bonus. We had a great time here!

Location, Location, Location!

Perfect for walking to everything in the Broadway street area. Loft was beautifully decorated and spotless. Noisy in the living area, a trade off for being conveniently located. 2nd Avenue was under construction, so would be nice to disclose that to future renters.

The Good The Bad & The Nasty

The Good: Excellent location and Great Wall decor. The Bad: Broken Keurig and toilet seat. The Nasty: The place was very dusty, had cobwebs on the ceiling and mold on the shower curtain and in the washing machine. Advised the property manager of the broken items and this was his response: “guess I’ll have to speak with our cleaning lady, it seems we’re paying her too much” Too much $ to be spoken to so rudely , BEWARE!

Great location, could use a cleaning!

The location is truly amazing - second to none! The size of the space is fantastic and it was well stocked. The reason it’s not a 5-star is because it was very dirty and we had a few extra six-legged guests with very large antennae in our rooms. It looks like it hadn’t been dusted in months, the bathroom floors were in bad shape, and the walls/ceilings even had dust hanging off them. Even considering the condition, the location was so awesome we would consider coming back! (As long as an exterminator comes first.)

Great location, just off Broadway

Perfect location if you are looking for a place in the heart of the action, about half a block off Broadway. There was a lot of construction on the front street, part of the rebuilding effort after the 2020 bombing. It is a little weird going into the ice cream shop to get to the elevator; plus you have to use the stairs off the back alley after midnight because the ice cream shop closes. All in all, we really enjoyed or stay.

Girls Trip

Girls golf trip, there were 3 of us that stayed at this loft and it worked out great. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The loft was perfect spot to Broadway not too close and perfect walking distance. Would highly recommend this place.
