Great property & the best property owner! Will book again!

The pictures don’t do this house justice! It is beautiful, spacious and very clean! The view of the downtown skyline from the 2 balconies is amazing! Very close to downtown and a short drive or Uber ride to Nashville’s main attractions! The property owner, Annette, is the sweetest and text to check on us upon arrival and the morning after our first night there. Anytime I had a question she answered me within minutes. I will most definitely be planning another trip soon and booking this property!

Fantastic home that beautifully accommodates large groups

Very nicely done remodel that had large groups in mind. The open concept kitchen with huge sectional and oversized dining table made everyone feel included. Rooftop and ground level decks have great outdoor couches conducive for conversations and memory making. Just a short Uber/Lyft ride to all of the fun in Nashville. We had a group of 10 and everyone had their own bed and was completely comfortable. We'll definitely return!

Incredible property

This place is awesome! Only 7 minute Uber from Broadway, it’s immaculate, with no expenses spared to finish it. The place is massive, has to be atleast 4500 sq feet, it easily fit 12 of us with not one bed shared. Annette is a great host and was incredibly responsive. Will text Annette the next time I come to Nashville because this is the place to stay!

Rough start to excellent stay

We were a group of 15 family members meeting up in Nashville for Thanksgiving. Staying a total of 4 nights. The lock code did not work when we arrived and phone calls to the owner went unanswered (as did texts and messages through the app) VRBO rep found us a hotel for the night. Owner called, apologized profusely, reset codes, and we were in the house the next morning. From that point on, it was great. The house is beautiful, huge, convenient to Broadway. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Nice big dining room table that the whole family could sit around for Thanksgiving dinner. There is an enormous U shaped sofa where we gathered for movies. Some folks played ping pong up in the game room on the third floor. I would stay there again in a heart beat. Definitely recommend highly.

Tranquility in Nashville.

We were a group of 6 adults that select one city a year to visit. This year was Nashville. Although the house was bigger than we needed, it was near downtown and a short Uber ride to all the places that were on our to-do list. The house was very clean and Annette was very accommodating. Big open area allowed for all of us to have coffee and plan our day. Easy check-in.

3 day stay

This was one of the best houses I have stayed at as far as VRBO’s are concerned! The house was in a great location. Very short and cheap Uber to downtown. The house was gorgeous and was in pristine condition. There were plenty of activities to do at the house for our group. We had a party of 10 guys, and everyone had there own bed to sleep in! The owner, Annette was more than accommodating to us. She got back to us immediately with any questions and gave us tons of recommendations on food/bars to visit in the area. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Nashville area.

Incredible house and wonderful host

When you’re searching for a house for twenty people, there honestly aren’t that many options. Either you choose something exorbitantly expensive, or something too small where everyone is sleeping on the ground, or something that’s way out of town. You can imagine how excited we all were when we saw the listing for this beautiful new home near central Nashville that had a bed for everyone. But the experience at this home is much more than just the house (which is just as amazing and as nice as it looks). The host, Annette, is the epitome of southern hospitality and friendliness. She made sure we had everything we needed, and was flexible with arrival and departure times, significantly easing our travel plans with 20 people and their luggage to haul around. The welcome packet was clear, the WiFi worked great (NOT a guarantee with rentals I’ve found), and Annette even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us to Nashville. All in all, it was an amazing weekend and this house was a big part of our fun. Complaints are few! The master bath shower takes a long time to heat up. That’s honestly it. Great home close to the action. Book with confidence!

Beautiful house that is perfect for groups and guests of all ages

We rented this house for a multi-family gathering over Thanksgiving day weekend and were extremely pleased with our experience. Our host was accommodative and very responsive when it came to our questions and requests. This is an almost brand-new house that is quite stylish and modern. Our kids were thrilled with all of the things that they could do in the house (ping pong, foosball, outdoor lawn games, separate movie room) and it was ideal to have a place for all of them to congregate. For the adults, the kitchen and great room provided the perfect place to congregate and socialize. The grill and 4th floor deck were also a hit. Plenty of on-site parking meant that we never needed to worry about our cars or pay for parking. Some activities are within walking distance (e.g. the brand new, amazing Tennessee State Museum), while others are a short $8 uber ride away. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect for large group

This house was the perfect solution for getting our big group of friends together for a weekend in Nashville. We had 14 people and everyone had a bed to sleep on. The kitchen and living room were perfect for eating and hanging out, and the location was great too; just a quick Uber to downtown. Annette (host) was very helpful before/during/after the rental, always quick to respond and provide the necessary information for us to enjoy the home.

Perfect House for a Large Group Close to Downtown

This is a great spot for a large group. We had plenty of space in this home. Annette was a fantastic host. She is extremely responsive to any questions you have about how anything works in the house. The ride to downtown is very quick in an Uber and there are some good breweries, restaurants, and a grocery store you can walk to. Loved the top floor, city views from the decks were nice. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone and stay there again.

Lots of space for a group. The open floor plan in kitchen, living and dining area is perfect for gathering. The top belcony has a wonderful view if downtown Nashville! Short uber ride to Broadway. Property owner was very accommodating.

Amazing house!! Excellent communication!!

This house is beautiful! Gorgeous furnishings and awesome amenities! Annette could not have been more helpful, and ALWAYS responded to any messages I sent within the hour. She was a wealth of knowledge about the area and gave great suggestions on restaurants and shopping. The house is convenient to all areas of Nashville. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to rent again the next time we're in town! Thank you so much!!

Incredible house with an even better host!

From the moment we signed up for Annette’s listing I knew it would go well! She was unbelievably attentive, answered all our questions and was super accommodating with the check in and check out. The house itself was beautiful and fit 14 adult men. The design of the house is very well thought out and the sheets and pillows were cozy. We enjoyed the patio and rooftop as well as the backyard. The grill was a nice touch especially for larger groups to cool up burgers and dogs. Although the area itself may not be downtown it was close enough and about $6 by uber and 7 minutes. There is a full security system with sensors around the house so we never felt unsafe. I would definitely recommend this for bigger groups!

Amazing home even better then described

Awesome. Perfect size for our very large group. The house is really well done and hands down the best rental experience I’ve ever had and has real professional furniture not cheap stuff I usually see in the rentals I stay. The host (Annette?) really thought a lot about the small things including the welcome bottle of wine overall she was great and was very responsive. Good location really close to everything when we went out to dinner or drinks etc. Pro tip: the deck on the third and 4th floors are perfect for large group photos with downtown Nashville as the backdrop, glad we brought our tripod!
