We stayed as a family of 5 and it was wonderful. The house was well maintained clean and had all the necessities we need. Midtown location was perfect. Close to downtown and Broadway but quiet. Walking distance to a couple great coffee shops. We rented a car because we wanted to see all of Nashville not just broadway. The garage was great for that purpose.

Hosts were accommodating with an early check-in.The place was clean & hospitality was A. It was the perfect space for our group of 8 to send a long weekend together in Nash!There are a number of common area spaces for the whole group to hang out. There is some privacy as well with how the bedroom/bathrooms are laid out.Close walk to Vandy/Midtown. Long walk, or quick ride to Broadway!100% would recommend!Thank you for having us!

This townhouse was well appointed and VERY comfortable. It was the perfect stay for my friends and I. We loved the set up and the location was perfect - right near Vanderbilt's campus as well as many local bars and restaurants.

We rented 3 of these townhouses for our group’s sales leadership offsite in Nashville. Everything about our experience here was amazing. The hosts were super communicative and the schedule allowed for us to have early check in since most of our group landed around noon. The houses came stocked with a small variety of snacks, water, coffee and coke products which was such a nice surprise considering our instantcart order wouldn’t be delivered for a few hours after check in. We had a chef come in the first night and the kitchen was stocked with everything she needed - plenty of plates, silverware, pots, pans. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and the house overall was very clean. The TVs all had YouTubetv and screen mirroring capabilities which worked perfectly for our presentation day! One of the best things in my opinion was NO CLEANING BEFORE CHECKOUT. Yes, you read that correctly. It was so nice as the organizer of this trip not having to make sure all 3 houses had linens striped, fridges cleaned out, dishes done, trashes emptied, etc. The location was also great. Right around the corner from Vandy, and a short ride over to the Gultch and Broadway. Our group would absolutely stay at any of these properties again!

Fantastic Property

Really beautiful property with lots of room for everyone to have their space. The management team was in constant contact to ensure everything was perfect and it was! I will be back.Very close proximity to town and local attractions. We walked to town twice and it is a really easy walk and relatively flat. The owners left suggestions for places to visit, snacks and a fully stocked house with sugar, utensils, coffee etc. Thanks for having us!

Highly recommend this gorgeous house

This house was beautiful, meticulously clean and had wonderful amenities including a large patio/rooftop area. The 6 beds were all really comfortable with clean and soft linens and bathroom towels. It is a 3 story house (1 bedroom main level, 2 bedrooms middle level, (this is best room and had largest walk-in closet) 1 bedroom top level - bathrooms on every floor. There were only 6 of us but enough space for 12 people - just need to consider the stairs when deciding where everyone will sleep. Super easy check in, and the easiest check out I have ever had with any rental! Lauren was one of the best host communicators and responded extremely quickly to any/all questions I had (& I had several!) she was kind enough to leave some (much appreciated) snacks and beverages for us as well. I would stay here again and again! Thank you Lauren and see you soon Nashville!

Place has it all!

Great stay for a family reunion! House is exactly as advertised and the hosts provide so many extras like treats, chips, water, coffee, etc!! We were only there a couple of nights and didn’t need to run out for much. Beds are comfortable and the ear plugs and sound machines were a nice touch! Thanks for a great stay and the memories!

Great stay!

A business group of 4 of us had a great stay at this property. We attended a conference at a nearby hotel (1 block) and saved $$$ by staying here (work for a non-profit, so every $ counts). We had everything we needed and then some! We each had our own space and bathroom but we could have doubled our group and still had plenty of room. The spacious property was impressive, updated and clean! I would highly recommend this property to others who need the space!

Girls Getaway

This property is perfect for a group trip. Our group of 8 friends easily fit in the townhouse. We enjoyed being just steps away from Vanderbilt where we all met years ago. Lauren is the best host I've had with Vrbo. She was very responsive and sent ideas for restaurants and activities. There were also some treats for us upon arrival-- the house had everything we needed.

Vanderbilt Reunion Weekend

The property was very nice and conveniently located near campus. The roof deck was a big draw. We used the space as our home base and rally point for our alumni friends before and after on campus events. The only thing that may not have been clear from the listing is that the third floor room was a loft without a door.
