Overall, the place was fantastic. Very clean. We all throughly enjoyed the stay. The roof top deck was amazing. Unfortunately weather didn’t allow us to use it as much as we wanted. The property had a ton of items that made it feel like home including tons of kitchen supplies, games, etc. A couple downsides, the garage lock did not work. I was told that someone would reach out, but that never happened. We were unable to lock the garage door to the house for the duration of the stay. I also would recommend bringing towels. We did not have enough towels for the amount of people we had but thankful for the washer and dryer so we could wash and reuse.

The kitchen is great but there are a few things you need: Napkins, Dishtowels, AA batteries for milk frother, step-ladder (some of the shelves are quite high and we could not reach things). The bathrooms all need grab bars. An instruction book for the TVs and fireplaces (indoors and out) would be very useful.

Great place for 4 couples in TN for a wedding! I would Highly recommend this unit for your stay. And best of all it had 4 bedrooms with a FULL bathroom for each of us which is what we wanted. The decor, the bedding, the kitchen were all top notch. Our group talked about it and the only thing we would change would be to have more towels for each guest and an extra chair or 2 in the main TV living room. But we would absolutely book a stay here again!

Great property and very clean. We will look to use again on future Nashville trips. The East Nashville location had its own uniqueness that the business of Broadway doesn’t provide and is just a 10 minute Uber to downtown.

Beautiful home with lots of room to spread out. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom which was a big reason why we chose it. The home was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked. Checking in was easy and we felt safe here. It was convenient for getting into town or even for a trip to Franklin which only took about 40 min. Def a great find. Thanks for having us.

Fabulous to have to living areas, one for kids, one for grown ups. Plenty of room to hang out, relax. Close to downtown and Broadway. Close to the airport. Coffee street right across the street.

We had an amazing stay with family meeting up from different areas of the country! They have everything you need to get started for your vacation. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out together or to find some time alone. So close to everything too. Highly recommend!

We had the best time here! The house is HUGE and so beautifully decorated! Excellent location (love having Grimey’s and Living Waters Coffee/Brewery right across the street). They aren’t kidding about it being fully stocked! Beds are so comfortable. Hot water is plentiful when showering. This was the easiest 10/10 ever on VRBO! Can’t wait to come back :)

Great stay!

Loved our trip to Nashville! Home was very clean, well stocked, roomy and in a great location. Our only issue was a delay in getting in the house because the garage code wouldn’t work. It was fixed quickly. We would stay here again!!

Great Nashville Experience

I highly recommend this property. The location was perfect, close commute to all that Nashville offers. The home comfortably accommodated the 8 members of our family. Communication with the property management company was quick and reliable. Thanks for some great family memories.

The properly was perfectly decorated. They had supplies, towels, Keurig with cups, and google TV. The a/c worked perfectly! Check-in was very easy and communication with the property manager couldn’t have been better. We liked it so much we extend our stay 2 times. It’s an easy location to drive in and out of. Access to downtown is quick and easy by car or uber. Every room had a bathroom or access to a bathroom. There were more toilets than bedrooms which we appreciated. We were there for my wedding and host a couple get togethers and the space was perfect for the family.

Lots to love

This was a perfect place for our family weekend. The property is beautiful and well appointed. It had everything we needed for the weekend-ample space, comfortable beds, nice linens and well stocked kitchen. Owners have thought of everything! We brought games and cards from home and were pleased to see a closet full of the same! The location was close to great restaurants, grocery, etc. I will definitely save this one for the next time!

Weekend Getaway

We came in for a short weekend for a college dance clinic in Hendersonville. The location of the home was perfect distance to either the school for the clinic or to downtown for some free time. The home itself is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We had three moms and teens with us and had more than enough space for everyone. The layout of the home is perfect and having the bigger beds in the bedrooms was nice. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the rooftop in the evenings and having the garage to park our rental vehicle in. We travel often and one thing that was especially nice and stood out to each of us in this home compared to most others we stay in was the availability to some items that are not usually left for renters. In particular as a coffee drinker, having the extra coffee syrups, some pods, and such was a very nice touch. When we have to stay somewhere for only the weekend it is very helpful to have an extra here or there and not have to purchase items in bulk that are not going to get used and can’t be taken home with us since we are not local. The bathrooms included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which again was very much appreciated should we have forgot our own. While none of this is expected, it is definitely something that as an avid traveler was much appreciated. Overall, this home was a very nice place to stay, very spacious, great layout, beautifully decorated, and nice amentities. Would definitely stay again!
