A wonderful stay in Nashville

We came to Nashville with our adult children and spouses. The house was perfect in location and accommodation. It was clean, well stocked and a beautiful home. The host was exceptional in responding to my questions within minutes!

Comfortable spot!

Walkable location close to the Gulch and music row. Property was very clean and well kept. The beds were also quite comfortable. I highly recommend this spot!

Girls getaway in Nashville

This property accommodated our group of 7 women perfectly. Located in a quiet area close to the Gulch and restaurants. It was a bit of a hike to broadway (25mins). The unit needs a good cleaning and maintenance. When we arrive the bathrooms were not cleaned well enough. I did contact the host who apologized and sent a cleaner to the property in 30 minutes after the call was made. Unfortunately we found dirty wine glasses(lipstick) in cupboards as well. The furnishings are seeing wear and tear and every wall has dings/dents/ and paint touch ups. We were there for only 48 hrs due to travel issues and the place was fine for our use. The roof top deck is nice and we overall enjoyed our stay. Communication with host was great and they strived to take care of our concerns. For the price I would expect a cleaner unit

Location Location Location!

Fantastic property in the mix of it all. We were walking distance to Vanderbilt versus Tennesse. Also, a short ride fare to the heart of the city. Highly recommend!

New Year’s stay

Location was great. Walking distance to Gulch and within minutes of Broadway. Plenty of space to spread out . Kitchen and living room spacious for gatherings . Definitely recommend this location.

Perfect Location and Great Hosts

Everything was as advertised in the photos and description. Fantastic communication with host and super easy check in. The location was ideal for us - quiet neighborhood but proximal to our meeting location and entertainment. Highly recommend!

Fabulous property!!

Seven of us stayed at the property and we all agreed it was FANTASTIC!! It was super spacious and very comfortable! Roof top area is outstanding! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping (Gulch) and about a 5 minute Uber to the downtown area (Broadway) Would highly recommend!

property is beautiful, house was magnificent, only downfall is there are several stairs to get to each level, not a problem for us but anyone having issue with going up or down stairs it might be, but if no issues with srairs this is the place to be, close to the Gulch, plenty of room for everyone. would certainly stay here again.

We were 8 adults and it worked out perfectly. One thing let people know about a parking pass. We never knew about it and would have liked to have checked it out. We had 2 cars and parking was terribly expensive:(

Terrific location, modern and nice

This was a great 4 bedroom unit with a rooftop deck a big kitchen with a large dining table as well as plenty of space for everyone in the living room. The decor was modern and nice. If I were to make two suggestions, it would be to 1. offer more bedrooms with larger beds. There is room. 2. Also, the floating stairs were warped and a bit tricky to navigate. I'd replace the stair treads.
