The host was kind and informative when questions arose. The parking is secure which us great for being downtown. We felt safe the entire stay even with a toddler. The place had amenities for toddlers as well like a pack n play, chair with detachable table, and stroller. The view is amazing and the train is not loud at all. We loved cooking in the kitchen while being able to enjoy watching our toddler play in the living room. It was spacious for the 3 of us. We were close to downtown but far away enough to feel like we had some peace and quiet. We are definitely keeping this property in our favorites list and would want to stay here again when we visit Nashville in the future.

The host and home were absolutely wonderful! Clean and full of beautiful sights! There was a train track by the building which was cool to watch, and the city lights provided for a beautiful view! They even had yoga nidra noise makers for lite sleepers like myself! I slept like a baby! Very wonderful and peaceful location!!! I thanked the host by text! Wonderful stay!!!

Amazing place to stay!

Most things were an uber ride under 10 dollars. Just far enough off broadway to not be loud and crazy but a quick trip to get there. Very cute, quiet and the property manager was easy to get in touch with and very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All of the instructions were perfect, and we had no issues. It is close enough to walk downtown if you want or it is a cheap uber ride. We felt safe and would definitely rent here again. Great host communication and helpful to offer tips!

Good Location

The condo is in a good location. It is within walking distance to Broadway and Germantown. The property and parking has gated security. The parking slots are very tight with large columns, making it close to impossible to park a truck or large suv. The condo is comfortable and nicely decorated with wonderful beds and linens. However, it has been roughly used by previous renters. I am sure the owners will be taking care of the few issues I saw. They were very quick with communicatiins!

A very nice stay for us!

Great place that looks just like the photos! With high ceilings and all those windows it's bright and open! We also appreciated prompt and helpful communication from our host. LOVED the gorgeous green sofa and found the beds to be super comfortable too. The view of the river and train trestle is pretty cool - barges and trains go by, but it's not noisy, just interesting. We easily saw and did everything in Nashville that we'd planned from this handy location. If you drive, this condo offers free onsite, locked parking. And the airport is an easy 15 minute ride away.
