Nice

We enjoyed the property. The beds were comfy and the place was clean, however the floors were not level and buckled in places. The hall bathroom floor had a big soft spot but all in all I’d stay again.

When we arrived it was not very clean and infested with gnats . However the property manager came his self and cleansed changed a halogen bulb .. there was no light in the kitchen. Also provided us with bug traps I believe his name was Kevin .. thank goodness for Kevin!

Good place

Overall, my party was pretty happy with this place. The view of the river is great, the condo provides all the amenities needed. The A/C works, we had to turn it off it was so cold but kept turning back on around 4am. If there are guests in the unit above, the ceilings are thin and you might think a boot is going to come through the roof, but thats nothing the condo owner can fix. The bed in the room across from the kitchen is very loud and creeks every time you turn over in your sleep so the sleep wasn't great (between people upstairs walking back and forth at all hours of the night and the creeking bed) but the place is located in a great spot and is clean. There's a great cantina (Social Cantina) two blocks away and a Bar & Grill (didn't eat there as it was mostly pizzas). Kevin the owner/property manager is super responsive so if there's anything you need, he's readily available. Would stay there again!

Nashville Riverfront

Had a very nice stay at the Riverfront Condo. It worked well for 2 couples with free parking and you can walk to Broadway. We were in a street level unit and had a very nice view of the river and daily visits from groundhogs. It can be a little noisy from the unit above, but we could deal with it and preferred the lower level.

Location was great. Able to walk to downtown. Only complaint, the people above, walking at all you hear it all. Also needed to be vacuumed. But over all, would go back and recommend, if no one is home above you.

If it wasn’t for the upstairs tenants we would happily book this unit and location again. The location is close enough to the action but far enough away you can get away from it also.

Great location

We loved our stay in Nashville. Host was VERY receptive to communication and even came out almost immediately to help us with a small issue. The location was perfect. We did a lot of walking but saved lots of money on Ubers by choosing this location.

Great location, but not the most comfy.

Pros: Fantastic communication with the host/management. Even allowed us early check in to drop our bags. Location is super close (within a mile) to everything you want to see.except the grand ol opry. . Cons: Ligts were dim in bathrooms, Heater made the plastic air registers in the bedrooms tick every time the heat turned on, and beds were SUPER uncomfortable. We woke up every day feeling like our shoulders had been beaten. Kitchen was well appointed....but living area was not comfy to hang and watch TV.

Great Location

It is listed as 2 King Suites but not as my definition is. Two King rooms are connected by separate doors to one bathroom. There was another bathroom at the main entrance but it was not private as you pass through a hallway. We made it work but it wasn't as I imagined in the title. Location was great as was VRBO when I had a couple small issues that needed to be corrected.

Girls' Weekend

This was a great weekend getaway for me and a friend who live 16 hours apart. Would work for two couples as well. Close to Broadway and Printers Alley, but would not recommend women walking in this area at night two and front. Not well lit. Had trouble with the door locking but finally figured it out so might want to include that in the instructions. We also had trouble with the heat. It was fine if the bedrooms were shut but the living/dining room is COLD. The fireplace does not give off any heat to offset it. It was only 50 while we were there.

Great Place. Close to downtown and Nissan Centre. Excellent Hosts.

The condo was very clean and a short walk to Nissan Centre. Slightly longer to downtown but still an easy walk. Took about 15min to walk to Broadway. It was stocked with all our needs. I have to give a huge shout out to the hosts. They always responded quickly to any requests. They also went above and beyond on one ask which made our trip very special. We can't thank them enough for that. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay for downtown and football game

Very nice condo. Plenty of space for two couples. Walking distance to downtown and the football game, but easy to get ride-shares too. Would stay again and recommend.

Nice stay. Nice view. Close to downtown.

Enjoyed the outdoor pool and the rooms were nice. Could have used more dining ware and utensils. Would have preferred a washing machine and dryer in the room but not a dealbreaker. Very much enjoyed our stay overall. Would stay here again for a weekend.

Cool Property, With A Few Considerations

The unit was comfortable and we recommend it to others overall. However, I think the owners could invest in a few simple fixes to make it much better. Positives Stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergent. Plenty of regular towels. Good water pressure. Adorable groundhogs hang out near the back porch every day. Close walk to the pool. The mattresses are very comfortable. Has a Roku TV. Negatives Lighting is much dimmer than in the pictures. The back deck was covered in spiderwebs. I cleaned it with the broom and paper towels. Took 20 minutes. You can hear every step and squeak of the floor above. Bring earplugs. The laundry area is not walking distance and doesn’t have a change machine. Bring quarters. The master bedroom door does not close. The master bed frame feels broken and creaks.
